Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 金型のキヤビテイ内に溶湯を充填し、溶湯
    が凝固する以前にキヤビテイ内に加圧棒を前進さ
    せて溶湯に二次加圧圧力を作用させる形式のダイ
    カスト装置において、 金型壁部に貫通形成された加圧棒用開孔がキヤ
    ビテイ内に臨む開孔端周辺部を、キヤビテイ側へ
    向つて孔径が大きくなる傾斜面として形成し、か
    つ加圧棒先端周辺の面取りを行い、前記傾斜面と
    対応する逆傾斜の傾斜面として形成したことを特
    徴とするダイカスト装置。 (2) 前記開孔端周辺の傾斜面と、加圧棒先端周
    辺の傾斜面とは、加圧棒進退方向でのそれ等の高
    さが等しいことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項に記載されたダイカスト装置。
