前記透明電極とを複数本の配線パターンを介して
接続した液晶表示装置において、前記複数本の配
線パターン上に絶縁膜７を、また該絶縁膜上に他
の複数本の配線パターンを積層して設け、さらに
この絶縁膜７上に前記液晶駆動用チツプ部品４を
配設し、該双方の配線パターンをスルーホールで
電気的に接続したことを特徴とする液晶表示装置
