晶振動子から成る水晶発振回路と、制御信号によ
つて発振が制御されてＣＲ型発振回路と、前記制
御信号によつて制御され前記水晶発振回路の入力
あるいは出力と前記ＣＲ発振回路の出力との間に
接続されたスイツチング素子とを備え、発振開始
時には前記制御信号により前記スイツチング素子
がオンとなりＣＲ型発振回路の発振出力が前記水
晶発振回路に供給されることを特徴とする基準ク
