タから出力信号が取り出される第2トランジスタ
と、前記第1及び第2トランジスタのエミツタ間
に並列接続される抵抗及びコンデンサとを備え、
前記第2トランジスタのコレクタにおける位相遅
れを前記抵抗及びコンデンサにより補償する様に
