図において、１は制御電圧入力端子、２は第３
のトランジスタ、３は抵抗、４はキヤパシタ、５
は抵抗、６，７は無安定マルチバイブレータを構
成する第１および第２のトランジスタ、８，９は
ベース抵抗、１０，１１は発振用キヤパシタ、１
２，１３はコレクタ抵抗、１４は発振出力端子、
１５は電源端子である。なお、各図中の同一符号
は同一または相当部分を示す。
