ジユールの部分的な概略構成を示す斜視図、第２
図は上記一実施例の全体的な概略構成を示す斜視
図、第３図は従来の発光素子モジユールを示す斜
視図である。図において１は発光素子、２ａ，２
ｂ，２ｃ，２ｄ，２ｅはハンダ、３はサブキヤリ
ア、４はヒートシンク、５はステム、６はリード
線、７ａ，７ｂは端子、８は絶縁物、９はキヤツ
プである。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相
当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- ステム上にハンダにより接合されたヒートシン
クと、このヒートシンク上にハンダによりり固定
された発光素子と、この発光素子の電極から前記
ステムの一部に設けた端子を電気的に接合するリ
ード線を備えた発光素子モジユールにおいて、前
記ステムとヒートシンクを一体化し、ステムの一
部を半リング状に分割できる様にしたことを特徴
とする発光素子モジユール。
