The present invention relates to a hair treatment composition with excellent ability to prevent heat damage to hair, and more specifically to a hair treatment composition that improves smoothness, non-dryness, softness, and non-stickiness after hair is blown with a hair dryer. The present invention relates to a drug composition. A wide variety of hair treatment agents have been developed and put on the market, but even if they are used frequently, they do not cause any damage to the hair. damp hair after, or
It is applied or sprayed onto dry hair, shaped into a free shape with a curler or brush, and then applied to dry hair.In recent years, hair dryers, hot curlers, etc. With the spread of drying, there was a shift from natural drying to forced drying.
Moreover, hair treatment agents themselves are also beginning to be used for forced drying. However, this drying process is time consuming and
Furthermore, as hot air or heat of about 80°C to 95°C comes into contact with the hair, the hair is damaged, the texture of the hair changes, it loses its smoothness and softness, and becomes dry. There are disadvantages such as stickiness caused by the agent. In order to resolve the above-mentioned conventional problems and meet the high demands of consumers, the present inventors have conducted extensive research and development to develop a hair treatment composition that satisfies all of the following properties. (1) Prevent hair damage due to heat when using hair dryers, hot curlers, etc. (2) Even if used frequently, it will not become sticky when finished or used. According to the research conducted by the present inventors, it has been discovered that simply by blending a cationic surfactant and a specific polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether in a certain ratio, hair damage caused by heat can be prevented to an unprecedented degree. The result was that it did not become sticky even when used frequently. Furthermore, as a result of intensive research, as silicone oil,
If a specific amount of a specific polyoxyethylene-modified organopolysiloxane is blended with the above components,
The desirable effects of the present invention could be achieved. That is, the hair treatment composition of the present invention contains 0.1 to 1.0% by weight of a cationic surfactant represented by the following general formula () in water or aqueous ethanol, and 0.1% by weight of a polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether represented by the following general formula (). -2.0% by weight and 0.01 to 0.5% by weight of polyoxyethylene-modified organopolysiloxane as essential components, and the ratio of () to () is ()/() = 3/7 to 6/4 (by weight). ratio). The cationic surfactant which is the first essential component of the present invention is represented by the following general formula (). General formula (), (However, in the formula, R 1 , R 2 , R 3 and R 4 are an alkyl group, a hydroxyalkyl group, a polyoxyethylene group, a benzyl group, and one or two of them are
1 is a long-chain alkyl group having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, and the remainder is an alkyl group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms, a hydroxyalkyl group, a polyoxyethylene group, or a benzyl group. And X represents a halogen atom or an alkyl sulfate group in which the alkyl group has 1 or 2 carbon atoms. ), Representative examples include alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, dialkyldimethylammonium chloride, dialkylbis(2-hydroxyethyl)ammonium chloride, dialkylmethyl(2-hydroxyethyl)
Ammonium chloride, alkyl dimethyl (2
-hydroxyethyl) ammonium chloride,
Examples include alkylpentaethoxylated ammonium chloride and dialkylpolyethoxylated ammonium chloride, and these can be used individually or in appropriate combinations. Particularly preferred is the use of one or more alkyltrimethylammonium chlorides. Specific examples of the alkyltrimethylammonium chloride mentioned above include those shown below. Palmityltrimethylammonium chloride, behenyltrimethylammonium chloride, tallow alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, etc. The polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether, which is the second essential component of the present invention, is represented by the following general formula (). General formula (), R5O (-PO/EO) -oH (wherein, R5 is an alkyl group having 4 to 22 carbon atoms, PO is a propylene oxide group, and EO is
Ethylene oxide group, PO/EO ratio is 1/9~
8/2, and n indicates a numerical value of 20 to 200. ), Specific typical examples include: polyoxyalkylene cetyl ether (R: C16, PO/EO: 1/5, n=24), polyoxyalkylene stearyl ether (R: C18, PO/EO: 7) /3, n=100), polyoxyalkylene butyl ether (R:C4, PO/EO:1/1, n=100), etc. The blending amounts and mutual blending ratios of the essential components are as shown below. The blending amount of cationic surfactant is 0.1~
It ranges from 1.0% by weight, preferably from 0.2 to 0.7% by weight. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the softness of the hair will be poor,
Moreover, if it exceeds 1.0% by weight, it becomes sticky, which is not preferable. The blending amount of polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether is in the range of 0.1 to 2.0% by weight, preferably in the range of 0.3 to 1.5% by weight. If it is less than 0.1% by weight, the smoothness of the hair will be poor,
Moreover, if it exceeds 2.0% by weight, stickiness occurs, which is not preferable. The PO/EO ratio is in the range of 1/9 to 8/2, preferably 3/7 to 7/3. If the PO/EO ratio is less than 1/9, the smoothness of the hair after blow-drying cannot be solved, and if it exceeds 8/2, there will be problems with solubility, which is not preferable. Furthermore, the weight ratio ()/() of the above-mentioned cationic surfactant () and polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether () is in the range of 3/7 to 6/4, preferably 3.5/6.5 to 5.5/4.5. is within the range of If it is less than 3/7, it will not be possible to prevent stickiness after blow-drying, and if it exceeds 6/4, it will not be possible to improve the smoothness of hair after blow-drying. Furthermore, when blending polyoxyethylene-modified organopolysiloxane, the blending amount is 0.01
The content is preferably 0.5% by weight, particularly preferably 0.01% to 0.1% by weight. The third essential component of the present invention is polyoxyethylene-modified organopolysiloxane, which contains polyoxyethylene groups in a proportion of 5 to 70% by weight based on the total amount of the copolymer and has a polyoxyethylene group of 50 to 500% by weight at 25°C. Satisfies centistokes viscosity. Specific representative examples are shown by the following general formula, and one or more of them can be used. Γ R 3 SiO (-SiR 2 O) o [-SiR [(CH 2 ) p O
(C 2 H 4 O) x R′〕O〕− n SiR 3 , Γ R′ (OC 2 H 4 ) x O(CH 2 ) p (−SiR 2 O−) o − [SiR
[(CH 2 ) p O (C 2 H 4 ) x R′] O] −−SiR 2 (−CH 2 ) p O
(C 2 H 4 O) x R′, Γ R′ (OC 2 H 4 ) x O(CH 2 ) p −SiR 2 O−SiR 2 (−
CH 2 ) p O(−C 2 H 4 O) x R′. In the above general formula, R is a methyl group, R' is hydrogen,
or an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, preferably hydrogen or a methyl group, p is a number of 0 to 5, preferably 3, x is the average number of oxyethylene groups, and n and m are each (-SiR 2 O)- , [−SiR[(CH 2 ) p O(C 2 H 4 O) x
R′]O]-represents the average number of units, and these x,
n and m represent polyoxyethylene groups in an amount of 5 to 70% by weight, preferably 10 to 70% by weight, based on the total amount of the polysiloxane.
Contains 40% by weight and at 25℃, 50
This represents a value that can satisfy a viscosity of ~500 centistokes. If the polyoxyethylene group is less than 5% by weight based on the total amount of the polysiloxane, it cannot be easily dissolved in the system, and even if it is dissolved, it will not further improve the dryness of hair after blow-drying. Moreover, if it exceeds 70% by weight, the stickiness of hair after blow-drying cannot be further improved. If the viscosity is less than 50 centistokes at 25°C, dryness of hair after blow-drying cannot be prevented. If it exceeds 500 centistokes, it will become sticky. As for other ingredients, in addition to the above-mentioned essential ingredients, in the present invention, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of water or a mixed solution of water and ethanol. Preferably, it is a mixed solution of water and ethanol, and the ethanol concentration is in the range of 0 to 40% by weight. If it exceeds 40% by weight, it is unfavorable in terms of usability, and in particular, the preferred ethanol concentration is 20 to 35%.
is within the range of In addition, commonly used oils, fragrances, pigments, deterioration inhibitors, etc. can be added as necessary. Next, this invention will be explained in more detail with reference to test examples. Incidentally, the test method adopted in the test example will be explained first. The thermal damage prevention properties of the present invention were evaluated using a comprehensive evaluation based on the following four sensory evaluation items. After blow-drying, ``hair smoothness,'' ``no dryness,''``softness,'' and ``no stickiness'' were evaluated in a practical test conducted by 20 panelists. Evaluation method: After shampooing and towel drying, apply 2gr of hair treatment agent to the hair, blow dry with a hair dryer (60°C to 80°C, 10 minutes), and then
The items were evaluated according to the following criteria. Evaluation criteria ◎: Very superior compared to commercially available products. ○: 〃 Slightly 〃 △: 〃 Equal, (standard) ×: 〃 Slightly inferior. XX: 〃 Very poor. *A hair treatment agent with the following composition and a small amount of additives that is similar to a typical commercially available product was used as the standard. Stearyltrimethylammonium chloride 0.1 wt% Oxyalkylene modified organopolysiloxane (EO: 30 wt%) 0.6 wt% Ethanol 30.0 wt% Water Balance This standard hair treatment agent is shown in Comparative Example 7 in the table below. Test Example 19 types of samples having the compositions shown in the table below were prepared and their performance (thermal damage prevention) was evaluated. The results are shown in the same table. Note that the blending amount is expressed in weight%.
