As a result, consumers are becoming more aware of hair damage, as evidenced by the booming damage care market, and hair treatments, hair masks, and other products that provide a finish specifically designed for damage care are on the market. is increasing. On the other hand, natural hairstyles have become a trend in recent years, and there is a need for a finish that is not sticky while also taking sufficient care of damage to the hair.

In order to meet such consumer needs, Patent Document 1 discloses that 50 to 95 mol% of 2-[(meth)acryloyloxy]ethyl-2-(trimethylammonio)ethyl phosphate and 2-hydroxy-3-(meth) ) A hair cosmetic has been proposed that imparts slipperiness, moisturizing, and manageability to hair by containing a copolymer with 5 to 50 mol% of acryloyloxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride in a predetermined content.

Furthermore, Patent Document 2 discloses a hair treatment composition that imparts shine, smoothness, and suppleness to hair without stickiness by containing high molecular weight dimethylpolysiloxane, silicone oil, cyclic silicone, and/or volatile chain silicone. is proposed.
