Claims (1)
- ソケツト本体に設けられた接触ピンに半導体装
置のリードを上蓋を用いて接触させるソケツトに
おいて、上記ソケツト本体と上蓋にスプリングを
具備し、該スプリングにて上記上蓋を開放させる
ことを特徴とする半導体装置用ソケツト。
