Claims (1)
クトルより成る直列回路と、この直列回路に並列
に接続された真空しや断器と、前記半導体スイツ
チのオン、オフ制御を行う制御部と、前記真空し
や断器に直流電路から流れ込む電流と逆方向の電
流を供給する逆方向電流供給回路とを有して成り
、 通常時には、半導体スイツチ及び真空しや断器
を夫々オフ状態及び閉成状態にしておき、 直流電路の電流をしや断するときには、反導体
スイツチ及び真空しや断器を夫々オン状態及び開
成状態にして真空しや断器に流れている電流の大
部分を半導体スイツチに移行させ、その後逆方向
電流供給回路によつて真空しや断器に前記逆方向
の電流を供給し、これによつて真空しや断器の電
流がしや断された後に半導体スイツチをオフ状態
