を示す斜視図、第５図及び第６図は電極が表層を
採取する状態を説明するための説明図、第７図は
電極に取付ける電極支持ロツドの変形例を示す斜
視図、第８図は電極の変形例を示す平面図である
。 尚、図中、２は加工液槽、３は電極、６は加工
液、９は電極移動手段、１０は加工電源、１４，
１５はサンプル、Ｍは金属材料である。

Claims (1)
- 金属材料の表面から薄肉の表層を採取する金属
材料の表層サンプリング装置において、上記金属
材料の表層サンプリングする表面に、加工液を貯
留させるための加工液槽と、該加工液槽内に移動
自在に設けられ、上記表面に接近させて表層を放
電研削するための電極とを備えたことを特徴とす
る金属材料の表層サンプリング装置。
