【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電子部品の供給、特にリードレスタイ
プの微小電子部品の装着装置等への供給に適した
電子部品集合体に関するものである。

従来、チツプ型抵抗、チツプ型積層コンデンサ
に代表されるリードレスタイプの微小電子部品
は、電子回路を構成する基板上に装着する装置に
おいて、装着具への供給方法として、第1図に示
す振動式フイーダによるバラ部品からの整列供給
方法、または第2図イ,ロに示すように微小電子
部品を水平もしくは垂直方向に整列させて1個づ
つ取り出すマガジン方式、さらには第3図に示す
ように基体に等間隔の凹みを設け、その凹みに微
小電子部品を積載供給するキヤリアマガジン方式
がある。ところが第1図の振動式供給方法では、
バラ部品の整列手段としての振動式のフイーダを
用いるため振動による他への悪影響、大きなスペ
ースを必要とする、シユート途中で部品が詰まる
等問題が多い。また第2図のマガジン供給方法で
は押し棒等の併用により比較的確実に部品は供給
できるが、詰まりに際して回復に時間がかかり、
しかも部品のストツク数を一般的には多くできな
いという欠点がある。さらに、第3図のキヤリア
マガジン方法では、一応供給は安定しているが、
微小の部品に対して大きなキヤリアマガジンを必
要とし、またこのキヤリアマガジンの自動供給に
際しては大きなスペースと複雑な送り出し装置を
必要とする欠点がある。

る問題がなく確実な部品の取出しが可能となる。
