Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は軽量の可搬展示装置に関する。
現在の販売競争においては、自社の商品を販売
展示会等の会合において展示する必要がある。こ
れらの商品は商店、売場等において、広告宣伝文
と共に人目をひくように展示される。
展示装置には２つの型式ある。１つは大型の永
久的に作られる展示装置であり、他の１つは可搬
式の展示装置である。
可搬式の展示装置は使用者が展示会場まで運
び、そこで組立て使用するものである。従つて、
可搬展示装置は、分解、組立てが容易であること
が望ましい。
本発明は、分解、組立てが容易な可搬展示装置
を提供することを目的としている。
すなわち、本発明に係る可搬展示装置は、前部
壁板、後部壁板、該前部壁板及び後部壁板を実質
的に平行で向かい合つた関係に支持するための第
１及び第２縁板を備える少なくとも１つのパネル
を有し、第１縁板が前部及び後部壁板の１つの縁
に沿つて取り出し可能に位置決めされ、第２縁板
が前部及び後部壁板の上記１つの縁の両端から相
互に平行に伸張している一対の縁及び該一対の縁
の上記両端に隣接する端部とは反対側の端部間に
伸張している残りの縁に沿つて位置決めされ、上
記前部及び後部壁板は、上記一対の縁を第２縁板
に沿つて、第１の縁の方向に摺動するよう動かす
ことにより、該第２縁板から取り外せるようにし
てあり、第１縁板が上記１つの縁に沿つて伸張す
る溝を有する部分と、該部分の溝の幅方向におけ
るほぼ中央に取り付けられ、上記溝を、前部及び
後部壁板の上記１つの縁をそれぞれ受け入れる実
質的に平行な溝に分割する中央支持部分とを有し
ており、上記溝を有する部分は中央支持部分に取
り外し可能とされていることを特徴としている。
上記の通り、本発明に係る可搬展示装置はパネ
ル式のものであり、各パネルは第１の縁板、特
に、当該縁板の溝を有する部分を中央支持部分か
ら取り外すことにより、前部及び後部壁板を第２
の縁板に沿つて摺動するだけで当該パネル全体を
分解することができる。また、当該パネルの組立
にあたつては、種々の手順により、容易に、その
作業を行うことが出来る。また、本発明に係る可
搬展示装置の各パネルは、上述の如く構成される
ので、軽量で、しかも、厚みの有るものとするこ
とができ、従つて、展示物をしつかりと支持する
ことが出来る。
以下に述べる本発明の好適な実施例において
は、８枚のパネルから成る展示装置が示されてい
る。各パネルは相互に枢支（ピボツト）結合して
２個のパネル群を形成する。各群はそれぞれ４枚
のパネルから成り、全開位置で１枚の長方形とな
る。各群のパネルは全開の場合の半分の巾の長方
形となる。全開の長方形の垂直２等分線に沿つて
各パネル群を閉じる又は折畳む。全閉位置では高
さ、巾共に１枚のパネルの寸法と等しくなる。
本発明の好適な実施例として２個のパネル群と
したが、所要に応じて複数の対称又は非対称のパ
ネル群を構成することができる。数個のパネル群
を互に枢支連結することもでき、又は取外し可能
の結合装置によつて所要数のパネル群を所要の時
に結合することもできる。各パネル群は同じ数の
パネルでなく異なる数を使用することもできる。
本発明による展示装置は商品展示用だけでな
く、娯楽部門で舞台装置、背景等を急速に構成す
るために有効に利用できる。この展示装置は全閉
状態では手提鞄程度の大きさにより、搬送は著し
く容易である。各パネル群を個別に全開全閉位置
とすることができるため、使用者は任意に変更可
能である。パネル装置の配置を変更すれば各種の
展示方法を行うことができる。
好適な実施例によつて、縁板は２種とし、夫々
斜め継ぎ隅部によつて滑らかな隅部結合となる。
枢支装置を取付けるべきパネル縁部用の縁板は外
面全長にスロツトを有する縁板のスロツト内に挿
入するスロツトインサートに枢支具を取付ける。
枢支装置を取付けないパネル縁部用の縁板には内
方にパネルの壁板を支持する中央支持部があり、
外面には枢支装置用のスロツトはない。
各パネルの枢支装置を取付けない一方の縁部用
の縁板は中央支持部と外方部分との間を取外可能
の結合とする。外方部は細長の縁部材であり、各
パネルの壁板の露出縁を覆う形状とする。パネル
上縁部の縁板の外方部を取外し可能とすることに
よつて、残り３個の縁板内に壁板を挿入すること
が容易である。かくして各パネルの前後面を形成
する壁板を別の展示情報を有する新しい壁板に容
易に交換できる。この特性は展示装置の用途を著
しく広くし、所要の壁板を交換して数種の展示内
容とすることができる。
本発明を例示とした実施例並びに図面について
説明する。
第１Ａ図は本発明による可搬展示パネル装置１
０を示し、８枚のパネル１１〜１８の折畳位置を
示す。第１Ｂ図は展示パネル装置１０を一部開い
てパネル群２０，２１を形成する。パネル群２０
はパネル１１，１２，１３，１４から成り、パネ
ル群２１はパネル１５，１６，１７，１８から成
る。各パネル群は５枚以上のパネルから形成する
こともできる。
第１Ａ〜１Ｆ図は展示パネル装置１０を枢支装
置３０，３１によつて連結し、展開する順序を示
す。枢支装置３０，３１と縁板構造との詳細は後
述する。
第１Ｂ図のパネル装置の展示面積を大きくする
ために、パネル群２０のパネル１０，１１とパネ
ル群２１のパネル１７，１８とを第１Ｃ図に示す
通りに上方に回動し、第１Ｄ図に示す重点位置と
する。第１Ｄ図は高さが必要で巾が必要でない場
合の展示用として好適である。パネル装置を更に
開くためにはパネル１２，１３，１７，１６を外
方に開く。このアコーデイオン型のパネル装置を
第１Ｅ図に示す。
第１Ｆ図は展示パネル装置を完全に開いた形状
を示し、パネル１１〜１８によつて長方形の広い
展示パネルを形成し、高さはパネルの高さの２
倍、巾はパネルの巾の４倍である。パネル１１，
１８とパネル１４，１５との間の保持具３３は上
のパネルが下のパネル１４，１５から外れるのを
防ぐ。
第２図はパネル群２０をパネル群２１に対して
90゜の角度とした例を示す。パネル１４，１５は
他のパネルから突出して棚スペース１９を形成す
る。この構成は展示のための必要な展示面積を提
供すると共に、商品を置く棚を形成する。棚は任
意に定めることができ、第２図には示さない。展
示パネル装置の実際の展示型式は第１Ｂ〜１Ｆ
図、第２図に示す以外の型式とすることもでき
る。
第３図に示す枢支具３１はスロツトインサート
３２に取付ける。インサート３２は縁板５０のス
ロツト５１内に挿入する。枢支具３１はねじ等に
よつてスロツトインサート３２に取付ける。枢支
具３１はパネル１２，１３及びパネル１６，１７
の上端部に取付けてパネル間を枢支結合して上下
方向に相対回動可能となる。
第４図に示す双方向枢支具３０はスロツトイン
サート３２に取付けてパネルの垂直縁のスロツト
にインサート３２を挿入し、パネルを左右方向に
回動させる。例えば第１Ｄ，１Ｅ，１Ｆ図の間の
パネルの動きは枢支具３０を利用した動きであ
る。
第４Ａ図はほぼ平行に対向したパネルを示し縁
板５０が互に対向する。縁板５０のスロツト５１
は縁板５０のほぼ全長に延長し、第４図に示すス
ロツトインサート３２を挿入する。スロツトイン
サート３２には枢支具３０が汎用の手段で取付け
てある。これによつて、枢支具３０は対向する縁
板５０を枢支結合して各パネル間の第１Ａ〜１Ｆ
図に示す動きを行はせる。
枢支具３０，３１はスロツトインサート３２を
使用し又は使用しない種々の形状のものを使用す
ることができる。スロツトインサート３２を使用
しない時はねじ等によつて縁板５０に直接取付け
ることもできる。
第５Ａ，５Ｂ図は上述の縁板の好適な実施例を
示す。第５Ａ図に示す縁板５０はスロツト部５１
と中央支持部５２と溝５３，５４とを有する。こ
の型式の縁板は枢支具３０を取付ける必要のある
パネル縁に使用する。溝５３，５４内には各パネ
ルの一部を形成する壁板５５，５６を取付ける。
各パネル１１〜１８は２枚の平行の対向する壁板
と、壁板の四方の縁に取付けた縁板とから成る。
中央支持部５２は両壁板間の間隔を保持する間隔
部材となり、各パネルは所要の厚さを保ち、安定
性が大きく、軽量となる。
縁板５０のスロツト部５１は枢支具３０の取付
装置となるだけでなく、展示装置用の他の器材例
えばスポツトライト等の取付用にも使用できる。
このスポツトライト等の器材には所要のスロツト
インサートを取付けてスロツト部５１に係合させ
る。
枢支具３０，３１の取付の必要のない縁部につ
いては第５Ｂ図に示す縁板６０を使用する。縁板
６０には溝６３，６４を有し、壁板６５，６６を
固着して壁板を平行の対向位置に支持する。中央
の支持部６２は縁板５０の中央支持部５２と同様
である。即ち、中央支持部６２はパネルの強度部
材となると共にパネルを中空、軽量とする。従つ
て、この支持部６２はパネルの壁板６５，６６を
所要間隔に保ち、所要巾の補強材となつて構造上
の安定性を大きくする。
縁板６０の外方端部は第５Ｂ図に示す通り中央
支持部６２とは別の部材とすることができる。中
央支持部と外方部との間の取外可能の結合を行う
には各種の方法がある。第５Ｂ図に示した例では
中央支持部６２の突出部両側に凹みを有し、外方
部の凹みの突出縁に係合する。パネルの使用後に
上方のパネル縁に沿つて外方部を滑動させて外
す。一方の縁部の外方部を外すだけで壁板６５，
６６を交換することが可能となる。
縁板５０，６０は軽量材料、例えばアルミニウ
ム又は透明合成樹脂等で製造する。
壁板５５，５６，６５，６６は難燃性軽量のボ
ール紙等で製造し、展示のための文字、絵等を印
刷又は取付ける。使用者の要求に応じて木材、合
成樹脂等の材料で製造することもできる。
第６図に示すロツク部材７０は二つの縁板を90
゜の角度で結合するのに使用する。各隅部におい
て縁板５０，６０間を斜め継ぎによつて強固で美
観上有利な隅部を形成する。ロツク部材７０は縁
板５０，６０の中央支持部５２，６２の中央部内
に押込み、縁板間を正確な90゜結合とすると共に
確実にロツクする。ロツク部材７０の外縁部を鋸
歯状とし、押込みを容易にすると共に摩擦を大に
する。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 前部壁板、後部壁板、該前部壁板及び後部壁
    板を実質的に平行で向かい合つた関係に支持する
    ための第１及び第２縁板を備える少なくとも１つ
    のパネルを有し、第１縁板が前部及び後部壁板の
    １つの縁に沿つて取り出し可能に位置決めされ、
    第２縁板が前部及び後部壁板の上記１つの縁の両
    端から相互に平行に伸張している一対の縁及び該
    一対の縁の上記両端に隣接する端部とは反対側の
    端部間に伸張している残りの縁に沿つて位置決め
    され、上記前部及び後部壁板は、上記一対の縁を
    第２縁板に沿つて、第１の縁の方向に摺動するよ
    う動かすことにより、該第２縁板から取り外せる
    ようにしてあり、第１縁板が上記１つの縁に沿つ
    て伸張する溝を有する部分と、該部分の溝の幅方
    向におけるほぼ中央に取り付けられ、上記溝を、
    前部及び後部壁板の上記１つの縁をそれぞれ受け
    入れる実質的に平行な溝に分割する中央支持部分
    とを有しており、上記溝を有する部分は中央支持
    部分に取り外し可能とされていることを特徴とす
    る可搬展示装置。 ２ 特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の可搬展示装置
    において、上記溝を有する部分がＵ形横断面を有
    している可搬展示装置。 ３ 特許請求の範囲第１項に記載の可搬展示装置
    において、前部及び後部壁板がそれぞれ独立して
    取り外されるようになされている可搬展示装置。 ４ 特許請求の範囲第３項に記載の可搬展示装置
    において、前部及び後部壁板間に間隔が設けられ
    ている可搬展示装置。 ５ 特許請求の範囲第４項に記載の可搬展示装置
    において、上記溝を有する部分の溝がＵ字形横断
    面とされている可搬展示装置。 ６ 特許請求の範囲第１項ないし第５項のいづれ
    かに記載の可搬展示装置において、上記パネルが
    複数あり、パネル相互が枢支具により枢着され、
    相互に折畳、展開可能とされている可搬展示装
    置。 ７ 特許請求の範囲第６項に記載の可搬展示装置
    において、第２縁板が上記枢支具を支持するよう
    にされている可搬展示装置。 ８ 特許請求の範囲第１項ないし第７項のいづれ
    かに記載の可搬展示装置において、第１縁板及び
    第２縁板がロツク部材により相互固定できるよう
    にされた可搬展示装置。 ９ 特許請求の範囲第６項若しくは第７項に記載
    の可搬展示装置において、上記枢支具が上記溝を
    有する部分の、該溝の設けられている側とは反対
    側の外側に該部分の長さ方向に沿つて設けられて
    いたスロツトに収納されるようになされている可
    搬展示装置。 １０ 特許請求の範囲第８項に記載の可搬展示装
    置において、上記中央支持部分が中空とされてい
    る可搬展示装置。
