本発明は磁気記録再生装置に利用される永久磁石材に着
磁を施してなる永久磁石消去ヘッドの製造法に関するも

従来の技術
永久磁石消去ヘッドを製造する場合には、第5図〜第8

示すように切断し、第6図の3で示すようなチップ状に
し、樹脂製のケース4に挿入・接着し、第7図に示すよ
うな構成物にし、テープ摺動面6を研磨して第8図に示
すような消去ヘッドの形状に仕上げ、着磁して完成品と

発明が解決しようとする問題点
上述した永久磁石消去ヘッドの製造法では、第7図に示
した状態から第8図に示す状態にするテープ摺動面5の
研磨に多大の時間を費やすため、コスト高になっていた
。それは、従来の方法ではブロック状の永久磁石材を切
断してチップ状にする為、不要な部分(チップ3のコー
ナ一部3a)がどうしてもできてしまい、研磨しにくい
永久磁石部分を余分に研磨しなければならないことに由
