Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the workability and the yield for production of an audio erasing head by providing a head case with a groove part opened to the side face opposite to the joint surface side of a combinational head and setting a structure material consisting of an erasing head core and a winding into this groove part. CONSTITUTION:Since a groove part 101 is opened to the side face opposite to the AC head attaching face, an adhering and fixing epoxy resin has no influences upon AC head attaching dimensions even if it is flowed out, and it is unnecessary to remove the flowed-out resin. Since a spring groove 102 is provided in the direction orthogonal to the groove part 101, the mechanical strength of the whole of a head case 100 is enhanced in comparison with the case where they are provided in the same direction, and cracks or the like of the head case 100 at the mechanical working time are prevented. The head case 100 is made of ceramic materials which can be subjected to injection molding, and the head case 100 is obtain by injection molding; and further, the head case 100 is ground under the same condition as a magnetic core 3 (ferrite material) because ceramic materials have the same hardness as the magnetic core.

らなる磁気ヘッドに係り、特に上記音声消去ヘッドの製
造、組立方法を簡素化するのに好適な磁気へノドに関す
るものである。

きに設けてあり、ヘッドケース100の前面側からかく

の寸法安定性が良く、又その研削面は、従来のステアタ
イト系セラミック材に比べて高寸法精度の部品となシ又
気孔率が大幅に小さいので、テープ摺動時における微細
穴部へのごみ付着が少なく、信頼性を向上することがで
きる。
