Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease the assembling man-hour by surface grinding a bonding face of an erasure magnetic gap and coating an inorganic film to a part and bonding the bonding face and both side faces of the core with an organic adhesives. CONSTITUTION:A bonding face 12 formed by contacting sliders 9, 9' made of a nonmagnetic substance where magnetic poles 51, 51' at the tip of erasure magnetic cores 5, 5' are imbedded projectingly to a magnetic medium and a sliding face with recording and reproducing magnetic cores 1, 2 is surface grinding so as to be flush with the magnetic poles 51, 51'. A spacer 12 made of SiO2 is coated to a part of the bonding face 12. The bonding face 12 is opposed to a magnetic gap 21, both side faces of the cores 1, 2 and the bonding face 12 are bonded by organic adhesives 10, 10' so as to constitute the magnetic head taking the thickness of a spacer 11 as the width of the erasure magnetic gap. 剤10にて接着結合し、スペーサ11の厚さを消去用磁
気ギャップを幅とする磁気ヘッドが構成される。さらに
