Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the magnetic head core with high assembling accuracy, by tentatively fixing the components with organic adhesives at room temperature. CONSTITUTION:Recording/reproducing cores 1, 1 erasing cores 2, 2 and fixed frames 3, 3 are assembled by using tools to form the components A. The bonding part (a) of the components is bonded with organic adhesives which can monentrily the bonded at room temperature. The erasing gap 2a with a prescribed distance is formed between the side surface of the recording/reproducing core 1 with the tool in advance and the organic adhesives is filled in it. The organic adhesives is separated and scattered at 150-500 deg.C. The heat resistance adhesives 8 is filled in the step 3b of the fixed frame 3 with heat treatment and the components A are fixed with curing of the adhesives. Vacant baking is made for 30-60min at 500-600 deg.C in a furnace with high temperature to separate and scatter the organic adhesives to form an air-gap at the bonding part (a) and erasing gap 2a. Then, the bonding member 9 like glass is molten and it is flowed to the air gap.
