性に欠け、さらに高解像度の表示パネルでは接続
が極めて困難である。また後者は装置が大掛りと
なり汎用性に欠けるといつた問題があつた。

設し、該抵抗発熱膜で当該電極端末部の半田層を
加熱して半田付けをなすようにしたことを特徴と
する表示パネルを提供することによつて達成され
る。

半田層2Cからなる。また前記各電極端末部2の
下側には例えばAl2O3の絶縁層3を介してインジ
ウム錫酸化物(ITO)のような抵抗発熱膜4が配
設してある。そして前記抵抗発熱膜4によつて、
その上に絶縁層3を介して配設された外部回路と
接続すべき各電極端末部2を加熱するようになつ
ている。なお前記絶縁層3の層厚は各電極端末部
2相互間の静電容量結合の軽減と熱伝導の点とを
考慮して数μm程度に成膜するのが望ましい。

なお駆動回路側からの接続線6プリント基板5表
面に配設したものに限らずフラツトケーブルのよ
うなものでも同様に接続することができる。
