Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 屈折率及び波長変動による屈折率変化が夫々n
1及び△n1で且つ頂角がθ1である第1のプリ
ズムと、 前記屈折率及び前記屈折率変化が夫々n2及び
△n2で且つ頂角がθ2であり前記第1のプリズ
ムに接合されている第2のプリズムとを夫々具備
し、 前記第1のプリズムへ入射角φ1で入射したビ
ームの前記第2のプリズムへの入射角をφ2とし
たとき、 前記第1及び第2のプリズム並びに前記入射角
φ1が、前記入射角φ2<前記頂角θ1の場合は
、 を満足し、前記入射角φ2>前記頂角θ1の場合
は、 を満足し、 且つ前記頂角θ2に対して前記第2のプリズム
から前記ビームが出射角0°で出射する様にした
