Claims (1)
- 両端に透光性を有するリーダテープが接続され
た磁気テープ面に光線を照射する発光部と、前記
リーダテープの透過光を反射させる部材と、反射
光を検出する受光部と、発光部と受光部を一体化
した光学アクチユエータにおいて、前記光学アク
チユエータ内の基板上に１個の発光素子と左右に
複数個の受光素子を並設し、発光素子と受光素子
の間に光を通さない障壁を設け、発光素子からの
検出光線を左右方向に分けると共に、前記反射部
材からの検出光線を受光素子へ入射させる分光面
を有する光学アクチユエータを特徴とするテープ
終端検出装置。
