Claims (1)
- 半導体レーザ光源と、該半導体レーザ光源から
の光を平行光にするコリメートレンズと、対物レ
ンズとを有する光学ヘツドにおいて、前記コリメ
ートレンズと前記対物レンズ間に透光体基板の一
方面側に誘電体模を形成し他方面側にホログラム
回折格子を設けるとともに、前記コリメートレン
ズからの平行光を前記ホログラム回折格子へ入射
するように構成したことを特徴とする光学ヘツド
。
