状態、一部オン状態、完全オン状態を示す波形図
、第３Ａおよび３Ｂ図はソース電圧が励振信号と
同期して変る場合の表示素子の４種類の動作モー
ドを示す波形図である。 １０……電気―光学式表示パネル、Ｘ１とＸ２
とＸ３……列母線、Ｙ１とＹ２とＹ３とＹ４……
行母線、Ｔ１……スイツチング・トランジスタ、
Ｔ２……制御トランジスタ、Ｃ１……コンデンサ
、ＣＥＬ……表示素子である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 行母線および列母線と、各表示素子と個別に
    組み合わされたトランジスタ制御回路とを備え、
    このトランジスタ制御回路が時間の経過につれて
    変化する周期性信号を発生して対応する表示素子
    の輝度を変えるようになつており、前記列母線が
    前記トランジスタ制御回路へ輝度調節信号を供給
    するようになつている電気―光学式表示パネル。 ２ トランジスタ制御回路がスイツチング・トラ
    ンジスタ、コンデンサおよび周期性信号のデユテ
    イ・サイクルを変えるように接続された制御トラ
    ンジスタを含む実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の電気―光学式表示パネル。
