Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、自動車用シートスライド装置に関する。
〔従来技術とその問題点〕
従来の自動車用シートスライド装置としては、例えば第
２図乃至第５図（実公昭５−６−４５７８４号公報参照
）に示すようなものがある。
即ち、フロア上にボルト、ナンド等の締結部材（図示省
略）により固定、配設された長尺の固定レール部材１０
１と、該固定レール部材１０１に前後摺動自在に係合さ
れた可動レール部材１０３とよりなり、固定レール部材
１０１の下部に固着された断面り字状のロックプレート
１０５の縦面に形成した保合孔１０７に可動レール部材
１０３の上部に固着されたアッパブラケット１０９に巻
装されたロックレバ−１１１に固着されたラッチ１１３
が嵌脱自在とされている。１１５はロックレバ−１１１
の後端部およびアッパブラケット１０９に両端が支持さ
れ且つロックレバ−１１１の後端部に巻装されたコイル
状のスプリング部材で、ロックレバ−１１１を回転付勢
している。この回転付勢方向は、ラッチ１１３が係合穴
１０７に嵌合する方向である。
ところが、ラッチ１１３が回転するため、アンバブラケ
ット１０９には、ラッチ１１３の幅に相当する分の切欠
き１１７が形成されているため、切欠き１１７とラッチ
１１３とに隙間１１９が生じることになり、発着時加速
度および減速度により、ラッチ１１３が切欠き１１７内
において相対的に前後に動いて切欠き１１７の端面に干
渉し、ガタ音が発生するおそれがあった。
本発明はかかる従来技術に鑑み、かがる場合にガタ音の
生じないシートスライド装置を提供することを目的とし
ている。
〔発明の構成〕
本発明はかかる目的を達成するために、スプリング部材
は、可動レール部材に対して操作レバーを一方に付勢し
て、ラッチの端部をアッパブラケットのラッチ用切欠き
の端部に圧接するようにしたものである。
〔作用〕
かかる構成よりなるから、シートスライド装置は、う・
７チがスプリング部材によってアッパブラケットの切欠
きに圧接しているので、自動車の発着時に生ずる加速度
および減速度に対し、前者にはショックアブソーバ−と
して、後者には固持状態を維持することになり、ガタ音
の発生のおそれがな（なる。
〔実施例〕
第１図を用いて本発明の一実施例の構成を説明する。
図中１はシートスライド装置で、フロア上にボルト、ナ
ツト等の締結部材（図示省略）により固定、配設された
長尺の固定レール部材１０１と、シートの下側面に固着
され、該固定レール部材１０１に前後摺動自在に係合さ
れた可動レール部材１０３とよりなり、固定レール部材
１０１の下部に固着された断面り字状のロックプレート
１０５の縦面に形成した保合孔１０７に可動レール部材
１０３の上部に固着されたアッパブラケット０９に巻装
されたロックレバ−１１１に固着されたラッチ１１３が
嵌脱自在とされている。２は、ロックレバ−１１１の後
端部およびアッパブラケット１０９に両端が支持され且
つロックレバ−１１１の後端部に巻装され間隙３が夫々
形成されたコイル状のスプリング部材で、ロックレバ−
１１１を回転付勢すると共にロックレバ−１１１を間隙
３分だけ後方方向に付勢して、アッパブラケット１０９
の切欠き１１７の端部１１７ａにラッチ１１３を圧接し
ている。回転付勢方向は、ラッチ１１３が係合穴１０７
に嵌合する方向である。
〔効果〕
本発明はかかる構成よりなるから、発着時のシートのガ
タ音の生じるおそれがなく、品質感の向上がはかられる
という効果を有する。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 自動車の車体に固設された長尺の固定レール部材と、該
    固定レール部材に摺動自在に係合された可動レール部材
    と、該可動レール部材のアッパブラケットに回転自在に
    軸支され、ラッチを突出したロックレバーと、該ラッチ
    を固定レール部材の係合孔に挿入方向に付勢するようロ
    ックレバーに巻装したスプリング部材とよりなる自動車
    用シートスライド装置において、前記スプリング部材は
    、可動レール部材に対して操作レバーを一方に付勢して
    、ラッチの端部をアッパブラケットのラッチ用切欠きの
    端部に圧接するようにしたことを特徴とする自動車用シ
    ートスライド装置。
