Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a fish specimen, by hardening a degutted fish in a dehydrated state keeping the color and luster of the living body, filling a synthetic resin in the body and forming the resin, coating the body with an isocyanate adhesive and then with a top coating and embedding in a transparent synthetic resin liquid. CONSTITUTION:A fish specimen sealed in a synthetic resin layer in a state keeping the color and luster of the living body can be produced by the following procedures. A degutted fish body is hardened in a dehydrated state keeping the color and luster of the living body [the degradation of the color and the luster of the fish body can be prevented simultaneously to the sterilization of the body e.g. by washing the inside and outside of a fish body with water and immersing the body in a sugar solution having a proper concentration (the concentration is increased proportional to the size of the fish) to effect the dehydration]. A synthetic resin is filled in the fish body and formed to a desired form. The surface of the fish body is coated with a colorless clear isocyanate adhesive which reacts with the water in the fish body and forms a polyurethane resin having high adhesivity. The coated body is further coated with a top-coating, and the body is embedded in a transparent synthetic resin liquid (e.g. polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, etc.) and sealed in the resin layer by cooling and solidifying the resin liquid.

If a partially dried fish with internal organs removed is submerged in a synthetic resin solution and then encapsulated in a hardened synthetic resin layer, the fish will lose its color and luster when alive, and small air bubbles will form in the synthetic resin. The synthetic resin layer that emerges from the liquid and hardens becomes cloudy and opaque, making it impossible to use as a specimen. Therefore, conventional fish specimens are stuffed, dried, or soaked in liquid, all of which are lifeless.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention aims to provide a synthetic resin layer with the color and luster of a living fish, and to encapsulate air bubbles and moisture in the fish without leaking into the synthetic resin layer.

(Means for Solving the Problems) This invention solves the above problems by sterilizing the fish body from which internal organs have been removed, curing it in a dehydrated state that does not lose its color, and then filling the fish body with synthetic resin. After molding, a colorless and transparent incyanato adhesive is applied to the surface of the fish body, which easily reacts with the moisture in the fish body to form a polyurethane resin and provides adhesive strength.Next, a colorless and transparent polyurethane resin adhesive is overlaid, and then a polyurethane resin is applied. The objective is achieved by embedding the resin in a transparent synthetic resin such as acrylic or acrylic resin, and encapsulating it in the same surface resin layer by cooling and solidifying the resin.

(Fish bodies have enough moisture to not lose their color and luster, but the surface layer is tightly bonded and fixed by applying and penetrating an adhesive that easily reacts with moisture. The upper layer is coated with a strong adhesive and the lower layer is Because it is homogeneous with the adhesive, it blends well and coats the fish body, so moisture, air bubbles, peeling surface pieces such as scales, etc. do not come loose from the fish body. Also, the fish body does not become rigid due to the viscosity of the adhesive, so it can be coated easily. It can be encapsulated in a synthetic resin layer in a posture.

In the case of Thailand with 70 preparations, 11 parts of water and 1 part of sugar? Immerse in the dissolved liquid. That is, the concentration of the sugar solution is increased in proportion to the fish body. As a result, the sugar solution can sterilize bacteria by dehydration and prevent the deterioration of the color and gloss of the fish during its survival.

If salt is used in place of sugar, fish species such as char will lose their color and luster, so the use of salt is not versatile.

For oily fish such as sardines, increase the concentration of the sugar solution and lengthen the soaking time to prevent loss of color and luster and maintain the fresh color of live fish. Next, soak the fish in 70% alcohol until hardened. Generally it is 2-3 days. Once hardened, it is pulled out and cooled to remove the alcohol content. If hot air is used at this time, the water evaporates from the fish body, causing it to dry out and lose its color and luster. When the alcohol content is removed, silicone resin flows into the fish body, creating a bulge during survival. Next, a colorless and transparent adhesive (product name: Ricabond 0R-
25B) on the surface of the fish body. This adhesive easily reacts with moisture and forms a strong adhesive force, so it tightly adheres and fixes the surface layer of the fish body. Next, a colorless and transparent polyurethane resin adhesive (made by the non-additive reaction of polyisocyanate and saturated polyester having free hydroxyl groups) is applied in an overlapping manner.

In this case, if the latter polyurethane resin adhesive is directly used without using the former Incyanate adhesive, water and air bubbles will be generated from the fish body in the adhesive layer, making it unsuitable for specimens. The former isocyanate adhesive reacts with water in the fish body to create an adhesive effect, and since fish bodies have water in order to retain their color while alive, it reacts with some of that water to tightly seal the epidermal layer. Glue and fix. If the former adhesive is used but the latter adhesive is not used, bubbles are likely to form in the coating layer. This seems to be due to the fact that the former adhesive may not be able to tightly adhere and fix the fish body epidermal layer.

Next, the fish body was covered with the latter adhesive, which was then covered with a colorless and transparent polyurethane resin. It is heated and liquefied, then buried, left to cool, and solidified to become a specimen. In addition, seaweed may be added and resin liquid may be added to the container as appropriate so that the fish can be easily dispersed in the sea. N:P5 Also, if you destroy the specimen, cut open the fish body, and peel off the fish skin layer from the inside, the same flesh layer will separate from the epidermis layer, so you can see that the epidermis layer is tightly adhered and solidified.
