す縦断面図、第３図はピンポイントノズルの縦断
面図、第４図は成形型の断面図、第５図はダイレ
クトスプールの縦断面図、第６図及び第７図は夫
々本考案の他の実施例を示すピンポイントノズル
の部分的な縦断面図である。 図面中、１は母型、３は母型主体、４はピンポ
イント造形部、５は金属層、６は筒状体、７はピ
ンポイントノズル、８はピンポイント形成部、９
は成形型、２１はダイレクトスプール、２４及び
２６はピンポイントノズル、２５及び２７はピン
ポイント形成部である。

ンポイントノズル、８はピンポイント形成部、９
は成形型、２１はダイレクトスプール、２４及び
２６はピンポイントノズル、２５及び２７はピン
ポイント形成部である。
Claims (1)
- 先端に向かうに従つて径小となるテーパ状の母
型主体の先端に該母型主体よりも細径なピンポイ
ント造形部が一体に形成された母型を設け、この
母型の表面部に電鋳加工によつて金属を所定厚さ
析出させ一端部に前記母型のピンポイント造形部
と対応するピンポイント形成部を有する筒状体を
形成し、この筒状体の外形を仕上加工し且つ前記
母型から離型させるとともに該筒状体のピンポイ
ント形成部を利用してピンポイントノズルを形成
し、筒状体の外形を仕上加工し且つ前記母型から
離型させるとともに前記ピンポイント形成部と対
応する該筒状体の一端部を所定長さ切除すること
によつて前記ピンポイント形成部を有しないダイ
レクトスプールを形成することを特徴とする電鋳
加工によつて製作されるプラスチツク成形型のた
めのピンポイントノズル及びダイレクトスプール
。
