て表現するなどの方法が採られていた。

この発明の一実施例を第1図ないし第6図に示
す。すなわち、この人工化粧単板の製造方法は、
第1図Aに示すように夏材色に着色した樹脂1を
塗布した同じく夏材色のペーパ2を離型性のよい
シート3,3を介して凹凸面をなす圧締型4,4
で挾着してプレス5により圧締処理し、同図Bに
示すような凹凸面をなすレジンペーパ6(その一
部断面を第2図に拡大して示す)を得、このレジ
ンペーパ6を同図C,Dに示すように春材色に染
色処理した素材単板7に接着剤を介して張り合わ
せ複合単板8(その一部断面を第3図に拡大して
示す)となし、この複合単板8の複数枚を同図E
に示すように前記レジンペーパ6の貼着面が一定
方向に揃うように接着剤を介して凹凸型9上に積
層し圧締接着して第4図Aに示すような集成フリ
ツチ10を得、この集成フリツチ10をその積層
面と交差する方向よりスライスして同図Bに示す
ように前記レジンペーパ6の切断面を年輪線11
a…として表現した木目模様をなす人工化粧単板
11を得るものである。

て第5図に示すように鋸歯状に粗化された年輪線
11aを簡単に人工化粧単板11の材面に表現す
ることができ、その木目模様の自然感を高めるこ
とができる。

と、前記集成フリツチをその積層面と交差する方
向よりスライスするスライス工程とを含むもので
あるため、極めて簡単に自然感に富んだ年輪線を
再現することができるという効果を有する。
