を介して積層し、長手方向に向け中央部を突面形
成する凹凸型2により圧締接着して同図Cに示す
ような凹凸変形フリツチ3を得、この凹凸変形フ
リツチ3を素材単板1,1′の積層面と交差する
所定スライス面Sでスライスして同図Dに示すよ
うに材面に各素材単板1,1′の切断面が湾曲し
て天然木の板目模様に似た模様を表現した人工化
粧単板4を得るものである。

り秋材層4bが透けて見え、第1図Dに示すよう
に板目柄の特微をなす湾曲部4aでは秋材層4b
をなす濃色染色部に沿つてこの濃色染色部より淡
色の領域が表現され、この淡色領域によつて天然
木において本杢パターンに沿つてみられるかげ杢
パターンを表現することができる。
