記素材単板1,1′と組み合わせ接着剤を介して
同図Eに示すように積層し、同図Fに示すように
圧締接着(この例では平型2′を用いている)し
て2次集成フリツチ5を得、この2次集成フリツ
チ5をその積層面と交差する所定のスライス角で
同図Gに示すようにスライスして第2図に示すよ
