Multiple wood veneers are laminated with adhesive.
The method involves pressing and bonding to obtain a laminated frit, and slicing the laminated frit from a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface to obtain a laminated decorative veneer in which the cut surface of each of the wood material veneers resembles a wood grain pattern. Conventionally, the following procedure was used to give the reproduced wood grain pattern the appearance of alternating annual growth rings of summer wood and spring wood.

For example, a wood veneer is dyed in the spring wood color to produce a spring wood color-dyed veneer, and an ink layer of the summer wood color is transferred and formed on one side of the spring wood color dyed veneer. A treated veneer is obtained, and a plurality of the summer wood color treated veneers are subjected to the above-mentioned assembly fritch forming process.
At this time, the summerwood color-treated veneers are stacked so that their ink layer forming surfaces are aligned in a predetermined direction, either upward or downward.

However, with this method, in the grain pattern of the laminated decorative veneer 1 obtained by slicing from the laminated fritsch, the boundary between the summer wood portion 1a and the spring wood portion 1b becomes too clear, as shown in FIG. However, there is no color unevenness at all in the transition area of the summer material to the spring material side, which has the disadvantage that it lacks a natural look.

Separately, thinly sliced wood veneers are dyed in summer wood color to obtain summer wood color stained veneers, and multiple sheets of this summer wood color dyed veneer and spring wood color dyed veneers are alternately dyed. There is also a method of laminating and press-bonding to form a laminated fritsch, and exposing the annual rings on the cut surfaces of the summer wood color-stained veneer and spring wood color dyed veneer, which are alternately exposed, but in the case of this method, , the dyeing of the summer wood color dyed veneer is darker at the surface layer of the veneer and lighter towards the inner layer of the veneer due to the difference in the degree of penetration of the dye, so the reproduced laminated decorative veneer 1'
In the wood grain pattern, as shown in Figure 2, among the summerwood parts 1'a expressed by the cut surface of the summerwood color-dyed veneer,
The dark colored part of the summer wood is interposed at the boundary between the transitional part represented by the light colored part of the inner layer of the veneer and the spring wood part 1'b represented by the cut surface of the spring wood colored dyed veneer, and the dark color of the summer wood is significantly It has the disadvantage of spoiling the natural feel.

(3) Slice the flat laminated fritches 5 at an angle of 0.5 degrees with the laminated surface (parallel to the longitudinal direction of the flat laminated fritches 5), and slice each of the summerwood color-dyed veneers 4 in the longitudinal direction. A composite veneer 6 is obtained in which the cut surface has a straight-grain composite appearance (D and E in the same figure).

(6) A plurality of sheets of the spring wood color-dyed veneer 9 and the composite veneer 6' that have been subjected to humidity control treatment are dyed in the straight grain direction (therefore, in the longitudinal direction) of the composite veneer 6' and in the summer wood dark color ink layer. So that the forming surfaces of 7 are aligned in the specified direction,
They are laminated alternately with an adhesive colored in the color of spring wood, and pressed and bonded using a concave-convex die 10 to obtain a concave-convex assembly fritch 11. (Figure J).

(7) The uneven laminated fritsch 11 is sliced from a predetermined direction that intersects with the laminated surface thereof, and the cut surfaces of the composite veneer 6' and the spring wood color-stained veneer 9 are calculated to have a straight grain pattern alternately. A veneer 12 is obtained (K, L in the same figure).

In this way, the summer wood color-dyed veneers 4 are composited through the lamination fritsch → slicing process, and the difference in dyeing density that occurs between the surface layer and the inner layer of the veneer for each summer wood color-dyed veneer 4 creates a summer color. A composite veneer 6 whose material color exhibits a straight-grained light and shade striped pattern is obtained, an ink layer 7 of the dark color of summer wood is formed on one side of this composite veneer 6, and this composite veneer 6' and spring wood are combined. Since the color-dyed veneer 9 is subjected to the process of laminating frits and slicing,
As shown in FIG. 4, in the transition part c of the summerwood part 12a expressed by the cut surface of the composite veneer 6', uneven coloring occurs due to the straight-grained pattern of shading, and The dark colored part d of the summer wood part 12a is expressed on the cut surface of the summer material dark colored ink layer 7, and the change in tone from the dark colored part d to the transition part c and the color unevenness of the transition part c are simultaneously expressed. It is possible to reproduce wood grain patterns with a rich natural feel.

Further, the summer wood portion 12a is expressed by the composite veneer 6 and the summer wood dark ink layer 7 formed on one side of the composite veneer 6, but since the composite veneer 6 represents the transition portion c, its slice is There is no need to set the thickness very thin, there is no difficulty in handling during the slicing process, and the dark color part c of the summer wood is also expressed by the ink layer 7.
The expression does not make the entire process difficult, making manufacturing easier.

As described above, the method for producing a decorative veneer of the present invention includes a summer wood color dyeing process for obtaining a summer wood color dyed veneer by dyeing a wood material veneer in a summer wood color, and a summer wood color dyeing process for obtaining a summer wood color dyed veneer. A first assembled fritch forming step in which a plurality of plates are laminated and pressure-bonded via adhesive to obtain a first assembled frit; and the first assembled frit is sliced with a straight grain from a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface thereof. A first slicing step to obtain a composite veneer in which the cut surfaces of the summerwood color-dyed veneers are combined in a straight-grained shape, and a summerwood dark-colored treated unit is formed by forming a colored layer on one side of the composite veneer in the summerwood dark-colored portion. A summer wood dark color treatment step to obtain a board, and a wood veneer for spring wood and the summer wood dark color treatment so that the straight grain direction of the summer wood dark color treated veneer and the colored layer of the summer wood dark color part are aligned in a predetermined direction. A secondary assembly fritch forming step in which a plurality of veneers are alternately laminated with an adhesive and pressure-bonded to obtain a secondary assembly frit; and slicing the secondary assembly fritch from a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface thereof. Because it includes a secondary slicing process, it is possible to create a color tone change between the dark colored part of the summer wood and the transition area in the summer wood part of the reproduced wood grain pattern, as well as impart color unevenness to the transition area. It has the advantage of being able to express a wood grain pattern with a natural feel and being extremely easy to manufacture.
