The material veneers are laminated and pressed together to form a fritsch.
In the conventional manufacturing method of artificial decorative veneer, in which each layer of each material veneer is expressed as a wood grain pattern by slicing these frits, the serrations of the autumn wood part characteristic of natural wood seen along the annual ring line are In order to express the dark colored areas, we form many recesses on the surface of the veneer material and use adhesive that penetrates into these recesses through lamination and pressure adhesion to express the serrated dark colored areas. Since the serrated dark colored portion was expressed by interposing wrinkle-treated dyed paper between the veneers of the material and the wavy cut surface of the dyed paper, it had the disadvantage that the manufacturing process was complicated. was.

Therefore, the purpose of the present invention is to faithfully reproduce the sawtooth-like dark colored areas along the annual ring lines characteristic of natural wood in the wood grain pattern expressed on the material surface of artificially decorated veneer, which is easy to manufacture. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing artificially decorated veneer.

An outline of this invention will be described below based on FIG. In other words, the method for manufacturing this artificially decorated veneer is as follows:
A frit 1 shown in FIG. 1A, which is made by laminating a plurality of veneers of material with an adhesive and bonding them together using a pressure means such as a hot press to form a flat mold, is made into a chuck as shown in FIG. 1B. 2, for example A in the same figure.
As shown in the figure, the slicing blade 3 has an arcuate cross-section and is curved in a direction intersecting the laminated surface of the fritch 1. The slicing blade 3 has a constant vibration while giving slight vibrations to the slicing blade 3 in the vertical direction, that is, in the blade thickness direction. The sliced veneer is cut in the horizontal direction to obtain a sliced veneer with an arcuate cross section, and this sliced veneer is pressed by a pressing means (not shown) having a flat pressing surface to form a material surface as shown in Figure C. An artificial decorative veneer 4 having a wood grain pattern is obtained.

In this way, in the slicing process of the fritsch, the slicing blade 3 curved in the direction crossing the laminated surface of the fritchi 1 is used, and the slicing blade 3 is slightly vibrated in the blade thickness direction perpendicular to the cutting direction. By cutting, not only can various different wood grain patterns be expressed on the surface of the artificial decorative veneer 4 obtained by selecting the shape, cutting direction, and cutting angle of the slicing blade 3, but also the growth rings can be created by applying vibration. An artificial decorative veneer 4 having serrated lines and closely resembling natural wood can be obtained. In particular, since the slicing blade 3 with a curved cross section is used, the artificial decorative veneer 4 with a grain pattern as shown in FIG.
Since there is no need to process the fritches into convex-convex deformed frits by pressing with a concave-convex die during the fritching process, the fritching process is not only simplified, but also the adhesion effect at that time can be improved. .

Furthermore, when the fritsch 1 is sliced using the slicing blade 3 having the shape shown in Fig. 2, two grains are drawn in opposite directions on the same material surface as shown in Fig. 3. It is possible to obtain an artificial decorative veneer 4 having a pattern and having a high design effect.

Furthermore, during the slicing process, water is sprayed onto the cutting surface of the fritch 1 as shown in FIG. Smooth slicing may be performed by overcoming this problem.

In this way, during the slicing process, by spraying moisture W onto the cutting surface of the fritsch 1, smooth cutting can be achieved and the slicing blade 3 can be prevented from spilling or curling, resulting in an elegant finish on the cutting surface and a thin plate. Not only can you obtain artificially decorated veneers with a thickness (0.2 mm or less), but you can soften the frits by boiling them (for about a month in the case of long ones), which has been done in the past, in order to facilitate the slicing process. This eliminates the need for processing and improving the moisture content.
(Conventionally, when forming a frit, if a veneer with a high moisture content is used as the material veneer, when using a urethane adhesive, poor adhesion occurs due to the generation of CO 2 gas during compaction, so the high moisture content (It was not possible to use a veneer of 100% or less.) Note that water vapor may be sprayed as the water spraying treatment on the cut surface.

The shape of the slicing blade 3 is made into a shape having a plurality of notches 3a as shown in FIG. It is also possible to obtain an artificially decorated veneer with. That is, the outline of this slicing process is as shown in FIG. 5. A flat-formed fritsch 1 is vertically cut in the longitudinal direction using a slicing blade 3 to create a sliced veneer 5 with a straight-grained pattern on the material surface. As shown in FIG. 6, the groove depth is 1/20 to 1/3 times the cutting thickness t, and the thickness of the veneer material of the fritch 1, that is, an integral multiple of the straight grain width of the sliced veneer 5 to be obtained. A slicing blade 3 having a plurality of notches 3a having a width dimension of It cuts horizontally while adding vertically.

Since the thus obtained sliced veneer 5 has a large number of protrusions 5a along the straight grain on the surface, this sliced veneer 5 is pasted on another base plate (not shown) and the surface is coated with a stain, for example. By coloring, the stain penetrates into the protruding portions 5a, which have a larger surface area than other portions, and a material surface expressing a striped pattern of dark and light colors in the straight grain direction can be created.
Furthermore, by applying a resin such as urethane, lacquer, or polyester to the upper surface using a conventional method, artificial decorative plywood with a beautiful striped pattern can be obtained.

The surface of the artificial decorative plywood obtained in this way had dark and light stripes along the straight grain direction, expressing a wood grain pattern with excellent external appearance. Furthermore, due to the presence of the convex stripes formed by the notches of the slicing blade, artificial decorative plywood has a higher tensile strength in the longitudinal direction than the conventional manufacturing method of boiling dyeing for 3 hours.
