A plurality of material veneers are laminated with an adhesive and bonded by pressure using a concave-convex mold to obtain a concave-convex composite frit, and this concave-convex composite frit is sliced from a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface to form each of the above-mentioned materials on the material surface. In the conventional manufacturing method of artificial decorative veneer, which expresses the cut surface of the material veneer as a grain pattern, the annual ring line becomes monotonous,
It was difficult to express the wavy annual growth lines seen in natural wood.

A first embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 1A-H. That is, in this method of manufacturing artificial decorative veneer, a region 1a extending in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate portion of the dry-treated material veneer 1 shown in FIG. 100%), these plurality of raw material veneers 1... are laminated with adhesive on the uneven mold 2 with the areas 1a treated with high water content aligned in a certain direction as shown in Figure C, and then pressed together. The first-order concave-convex composite fritches 3 are obtained by gluing, and this concave-convex composite frits 3 is sliced in the direction intersecting the laminated surface as shown in Figure D to obtain a roughened veneer as shown in Figure E. 4 was obtained, and after dyeing the roughened veneer 4, several of them were dyed in the same manner as in the previous step.
As shown in FIG. 2, it is laminated on the concave-convex mold 2 with an adhesive and bonded by pressure to obtain a second concave-convex assembly frit 3'.
As shown in Figure G, this concave-convex composite fritsch 3' is sliced from a predetermined direction intersecting the laminated surface to obtain an artificial decorative veneer 5 with a grain pattern expressed on the material surface as shown in Figure H. It is.

Material veneer: Zielton, thickness 0.8mm High moisture content treatment: 30-50% of the sides and middle area
80-100% Uneven type: W = 350mm, R = 200mm, θ = 15 degrees (second
(shown in the figure) 1st Fritsch molding conditions: Adhesive-urethane pressure - 18Kg/cm 2 1st slicing conditions: Slice thickness 0.6mm Dyeing: brown Secondary Fritsch molding conditions: Adhesive-Urethane compression Pressure - 10Kg/cm 2 Secondary slicing conditions: Slice thickness 0.3mm In this way, the material veneers 1 with high moisture content treated in the intermediate region 1a are laminated and bonded by pressure to obtain the primary uneven assembly fritsch 3. Therefore, adhesion is not sufficiently performed in the intermediate region 1a of the laminated surface which has been subjected to the high moisture content treatment, and the high moisture content treatment of the material surface of the roughened veneer 4 obtained by slicing the uneven assembly fritches 3 results in insufficient adhesion. Intermediate region 4a corresponding to region 1a
When the roughening occurs and the surface is roughened, and when the process of fritting → slicing is performed using this roughened veneer 4, the roughened surface caused by the roughening occurs during the fritting process. The adhesive layer in the intermediate region 4a of the veneer 4 exhibits a complicated thickness change, and the annual ring lines expressed on the material surface of the resulting artificially decorated veneer 5 are caused by the thickness change of the adhesive layer in the central part. It appears in a complex wavy pattern and can express a wood grain pattern with a rich natural feel.

As described above, the method for manufacturing artificially decorated veneers of the present invention involves laminating a plurality of material veneers whose surfaces have been treated with high water content in predetermined areas with an adhesive, and where the high water content treated areas have uneven deformation. Surface roughening to obtain a roughened veneer in which a partial area of the material surface is roughened by slicing the concave-convex assembly frit obtained by pressure-bonding it with a concave-convex mold in a direction intersecting the laminated surface. a treatment step, a fritch forming step in which a plurality of the roughened veneers are laminated via an adhesive and pressed and bonded using a concave-convex mold to obtain a concave-convex frit; and a fritch forming step in which the concave-convex frit is made to intersect with the laminated surface. Since this process includes a slicing process of slicing the board from a predetermined direction, it is possible to express wavy lines on the surface of the artificial decorative veneer that is finally obtained due to the roughening treatment of the material veneer. This has the effect of making it possible to create an artificially decorated veneer with a rich natural feel.
