図において、１にパツケージ、５はレーザダイ
オード、８はスリーブ、１３はロツドレンズ、１
４はレンズホルダ、１５は光フアイバ、１７はフ
ランジ、１８は半田、１９は貫通穴、２０はザグ
リである。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同
一符号を付して示してある。

に設けられたザグリを有するデユアル・インライ
ン・パツケージと、このデユアル・インライン・
パツケージから突出するスリーブの外周面に設け
られたフランジと、上記デユアル・インライン・
パツケージのスリーブ貫通穴に設けられた上記ザ
グリと上記フランジとで形成されるすき間をシー
ルするためのシール部材とを具備したことを特徴
