光を集光させる集束性ロツドレンズと、前記出射
光を入光させる光フアイバと、光アイソレータと
を備えてなり、この光アイソレータは、フアラデ
ー材とこのフアラデー材の両側に配置された偏光
子・検光子およびこの偏光子・検光子の一端側に
配置された集束性ロツドレンズが接着貼り合わせ
により一体的に固定されかつフアラデー材と偏光
子・検光子の周囲にはマグネツトが分離配置され
ていることを特徴とする光アイソレータ内蔵ＬＤ
