リード付基板を示す斜視図である。 図において１，１０はセラミツク板、２は回路
パターン、３は外部接続パツド、４はパツケージ
、５は外部リード、６は内部電極、７はボンデイ
ングワイヤ、８はクリツプ付リード、９は半田、
１１は溝、１２は測定端子パターンである。なお
、図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 方形セラミツク板の板面に、この方形セラミツ
ク板の辺に平行で全長に渡る溝を有し、この溝と
前記辺に狭まれる部分面に、所定の間隔で複数の
測定端子パターンを有し、前記溝によつて前記部
分面と隔てられた別の部分面に所要の回路パター
ンと前記溝に沿つて並べられた外部接続パツドを
有し、前記測定端子パターンは、回路パターン及
び外部接続パタツドと共にスクリーン印刷法によ
り形成され、この測定端子パターン外部接続パツ
ドが前記溝部分で接合されていることを特徴とす
る混成集積回路基板。
