半田、１１は接着剤、１２はランドパターン、１
４ａ，１４ｂはスルーホールである。なお、図中
同一符号は同一または相当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 内側底面と外側底面にパターン電極を有し、こ
の内側底面のパターン電極と外側底面のパターン
電極とを接続するスルーホールを有する混成集積
回路用セラミツクパツケージと、一方の面に回路
パターンが形成され、他方の面に前記パツケージ
の内側底面のパターン電極と対応する位置にパタ
ーン電極を有する混成集積回路基板とで構成され
、前記パツケージの内側底面のパターン電極と前
記基板のパターン電極とを半田付して接続・固定
し、前記パツケージの外側底面のパターン電極と
混成集積回路が取付けられるプリント基板のパタ
ーン電極とを半田付して接続・固定してあること
を特徴とする混成集積回路装置。
