That is, the present invention hot-presses a soft polyurethane foam sheet on which an acrylic resin impregnated layer 2 with a smooth surface is formed, covering the surface of the soft polyurethane foam sheet 1 and impregnating it to a certain thickness from the surface of the soft polyurethane foam sheet. The first invention relates to a press foam sheet with an outer shell layer 3 formed by applying and casting an acrylic resin liquid 5 on a sheet 4 having mold release properties,
Before the soft polyurethane foam sheet 1 is completely dry, the soft polyurethane foam sheet 1 is pressed to cover the surface of the soft polyurethane foam sheet with the acrylic resin liquid and impregnated from the surface to a certain thickness, and after drying and curing, a sheet with mold releasability is obtained. A second invention relating to a method for producing an outer shell layer-formed press foam sheet, characterized in that the obtained soft polyurethane foam sheet on which the acrylic resin-impregnated layer 2 with a smooth surface is peeled off is heated and pressed. It consists of

As the flexible polyurethane foam sheet used in the present invention, a sheet obtained by slicing a commonly used flexible polyurethane foam can be used. The thickness of the soft polyurethane foam sheet varies depending on the application, but any thickness can be selected from a few millimeters thin to several centimeters thick. The density of the flexible polyurethane foam also varies depending on the application, but is preferably about 5 to 50 kg/m 3 .

Any acrylic resin such as a solvent solution type acrylic resin or a latex type acrylic resin can be used as the acrylic resin to be impregnated into the soft polyurethane foam sheet. It is preferable to use Acrylic resin is impregnated and then crosslinked with a crosslinking agent such as melamine or epoxy. That is, polyacrylic acid ester copolymers having reactive functional group side chains such as methyl acrylate-ethyl acrylate-acrylamide copolymers and ethyl acrylate-butyl acrylate-acrylonitrile-acrylic acid copolymers; It is preferable to mix a crosslinking agent, an accelerator, a thickener, a coloring agent, etc. to form an acrylic resin liquid for impregnation.

It is preferable to color this acrylic resin liquid for impregnation with a coloring agent such as a pigment or dye.If it is colored in a hue different from the color of the flexible polyurethane foam sheet, the outer shell layer will be clearly visible and the appearance This is particularly preferable. The degree of impregnation with acrylic resin liquid is
The thickness is preferably 5 to 70% of the thickness of the flexible polyurethane foam sheet to be impregnated. If it is less than 5%, the outer shell layer becomes too thin compared to the overall thickness, resulting in a cuticle-like appearance, and pinholes are formed in the acrylic resin portion forming the outer shell layer, which is not preferable. When it exceeds 70%, the outer shell layer becomes too thick and lacks elasticity and flexibility, making it unsuitable for uses such as cushion materials and shoe insoles. From the viewpoint of cushioning properties, the degree of impregnation with the acrylic resin liquid is preferably 10% to 50% of the thickness of the flexible polyurethane foam sheet.

As the sheet having mold releasability, silicon paper, silicon-coated cloth, steel belt, synthetic resin film such as polyethylene film or polypropylene film, Teflon-treated cloth, etc. can be used. As a method for applying the acrylic resin liquid onto the sheet having mold releasability, commonly used application methods such as a doctor knife coating method, a reverse roll coating method, and a spray coating method can be applied.

The outer shell layer-formed hot press foam sheet of the present invention is formed as described above, and not only has a smooth surface but also has no micropores on the surface, has a good appearance, and has a good texture, and can be used as a decorative sheet. It is suitable for wall stickers, cushion materials, cushion materials for various cases such as dolls, toys, jewelry boxes and watch cases, shoe insoles, safety pads, etc. In addition, the acrylic resin liquid is not applied to the entire surface of the soft polyurethane foam sheet.
If it is partially impregnated in a pattern, a heat-pressed foam sheet with an outer shell layer partially formed in a pattern can be obtained, and it can be used as a cushion material with partially different cushioning properties, and partially with different colors. It is useful as a decorative sheet.

The method for manufacturing the heat-pressed foam sheet with an outer shell layer of the present invention is transfer impregnation (applying an impregnating liquid onto a sheet having mold releasability, pressing an object to be impregnated onto the sheet, and applying the impregnating liquid to the surface of the object to be impregnated. Since the layer is formed and the object to be impregnated is impregnated with the impregnating liquid, the degree of impregnation can be adjusted freely, and multiple impregnating liquids can be impregnated, making the outer shell more decorative. Layer forming heat press foam sheet easily,
Moreover, it can be manufactured at low cost.

A soft polyurethane foam sheet with a density of 20 kg/m 3 was lightly pressed and heat treated at 120° C. for 5 minutes and 150° C. for 3 minutes, and then the release paper was peeled off. The resulting soft polyurethane foam sheet on which the acrylic resin-impregnated layer is formed is impregnated with acrylic resin up to approximately 2 mm out of the 10 mm thickness of the soft polyurethane foam sheet, and the surface is covered with acrylic resin, making it extremely durable. It was very smooth, almost like a film.

This is installed so that the acrylic resin impregnated layer faces the convex surface, and is pressed using a press machine consisting of a convex and a concave shape.
When heat treated for 2 minutes at a pressure of 10 kg/cm 2 and a temperature of 200°C, a thickness of 4, which retains the outer shell layer on the inside as shown in Figure 3, is obtained, which is suitable for case cushion materials.
A heat-pressed foam sheet of mm was obtained.

Example 2 An acrylic emulsion having the formulation of Example 1 was coated and cast on release paper in the same manner at a coating weight of 400 g/m 2 to a thickness of 10 m/m 2 without drying.
A soft polyurethane foam sliced sheet having a density of 15 kg/m 3 and a density of 15 kg/m 3 was strongly pressed and heat treated at 120° C. for 3 minutes and 150° C. for 2 minutes, and then the release paper was peeled off. In this case, the acrylic resin has penetrated well into the cells of the soft press foam sliced sheet, and the peeled surface only exposes the cells of the polyurethane foam.

This was heat-pressed between two press plates with uneven parts at a pressure of 10 kg/cm 2 and a temperature of 210°C for 3 minutes, resulting in a hot-pressed foam sheet as shown in Figure 4, which was well pressed. The areas become thinner and form an outer shell layer, making the surface flat, and areas that are not pressed too much become rough enough to show the cells of the original soft polyurethane foam, and the difference in density creates a clean appearance and a rich texture. It was suitable as a surface material for decorative sheets, case cushions, and toys.
