Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、自動車ワイパ〜のフロ／トガラスに対する
洗浄方法に関するものである。
従来の方法は、第１図でみるように、ウオッシャ−液（
石けん水）入りタンク（１）より、ウィンドウオッシャ
−（６）からフロントガラス（８）ヘウォッシャー液全
出し、ワイパー（９）をメトロノームのヨ５な往復運動
によりフロントガラス（８）を洗浄する方法である。
このため、洗浄後の洗い落し洗浄が全く欠けているため
、はこりやよごれたウオッシャ−液などがフロントガラ
スにくっついて残り、安全現存にさまたげがあり、前が
見えすらいという欠点があった。
本発明はこの欠点を解決することを目的とし、以下図に
よって本発明を説明する。
第２図に示すように、ウォ／シャー液入りタンク（１）
と水のみの入ったタンク（２）を別に設けて置き、電磁
石開閉ブＰ付きバルブ（３）にそれぞれビニール管（４
）で接続し、あとは第１図で見るように、従来の方法と
同様である。
詳述すればまず１番目の洗浄としてウオッシャ−液入り
タンク（１）より、従来通りの方法でフロントガラス（
８）を洗浄する。この後すぐに第３図に示すような電磁
石開閉弁付きバルブ（３）を運転席からの操作で弁（５
）を切り換えろことにより、タンク（１）の通路をしゃ
断し、タンク（２）の通路を開くことにより、２番目の
洗浄として、タンク（２）から水をフロントガラス（８
）にウィンドウオッシャ−（６）を通し、送り出し、従
来の方法にはなかった水による１？１目の洗浄１麦の洗
い落し洗浄を付け加えることができるようにした。
上記のように第２図に示すような運転席（７）からの操
作による電磁石開閉弁付きバルブ（３）の電磁石弁１５
）を閉じることにより、従来の洗浄方法で欠点とされる
洗浄後の水による洗い落し洗浄効果を付け加えることが
でき、なおかつ電磁石弁（５）の開閉により、タンク（
１）とタンク（２）との通路を開閉することにより、１
番目の洗浄と２番目の洗い落し洗浄効果を交互に連続し
てくり返し、フロントガラスを常にきれいな視界を保て
ることのできるようにした自動車ワイパー洗浄方法であ
る。このような構成であるのでいままでの洗浄ではでき
なかつた、洗浄後の洗い落し洗浄効果を簡単に補うこと
が出来なおかつドライバーにとっては、日常生活上、安
全視界が得られるという利点が期待できるものであり、
たいへん有益である。
なふ・、本発明は従来の方法には全くない水による洗い
落し洗浄を付け加えるということであるが従来と同じ方
法でもう一つ付け加えるやり方で、第４図に示すように
、タンク（１）とポンプ（イ）、タンク（２）とポンプ
（ロ）とをそれぞれ、ウィンドウオッシャ−（６）に接
続してポンプ（イ）と（ロ）を交互に作動させ１番目の
洗浄と２番目の洗い落し洗浄とをくり返し連続して洗浄
する方法でもよい。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. ウォッシャー液（石けん）入タンク１と水のみ入ったタ
    ンク２を設け、運転席７から切り換え操作のできる電磁
    石弁付きバルブ３を設け１番目の洗浄としてタンク１で
    洗浄し、２番目の洗浄としてタンク２よりバルブ３の電
    磁石弁５の働きでタンク１の通路をしゃ断し、タンク２
    の通路を開き、水のみをフロントガラスに送り、１番目
    の洗浄液を水で洗い落す洗浄効果を付け加え、なおかつ
    １番目と２番目の洗浄を交互に連続してフロントガラス
    をきれいにする自動車ワイパー洗浄方法。
