Mounting legs 4 provided on a dual in-line package type integrated circuit element 3 are inserted into the plurality of through holes 2.
Furthermore, a notch 5 is provided at one end of the integrated circuit element 3.
is formed. Furthermore, a pattern 6 having the same shape as the bottom surface of the integrated circuit element 3 is formed in the area where the plurality of through holes 2 are located. A cutout 7 having the same shape as the cutout portion 5 is formed at one end of the pattern 6. The mounting legs 4 are inserted into the plurality of through holes 2 so that the notches 7 and the notches 5 substantially coincide with each other.
In this way, measures have been taken to prevent incorrect insertion of the integrated circuit element 3.

After the integrated circuit element 3 is soldered, the notch 7 becomes difficult to see, making it difficult to re-inspect the mounting direction. Furthermore, since the same number of mounting legs 4 are provided symmetrically on both sides, mounting is possible even if the mounting direction is incorrect by 180 degrees. As a result, there was a drawback that the integrated circuit element 3 was damaged. Furthermore, when replacing this damaged integrated circuit element with a new one, unlike other discrete components, there are many mounting legs, so a lot of time is spent on the replacement work.

Mounting legs 4 provided on a dual in-line package type integrated circuit element 3 are inserted into the plurality of through holes 2. Further, a notch portion 5 is formed at one end of the integrated circuit element 3. Furthermore, a pattern 6 having the same shape as the bottom surface of the integrated circuit element 3 is formed in the area where the plurality of through holes 2 are located. A notch 7 having the same shape as the notch portion 5 is formed at one end of this pattern 6.
The mounting legs 4 are inserted into the plurality of through holes 2 so that the notches 7 and the notches 5 substantially coincide with each other. Further, a through hole 8 is formed in the portion where the notch 7 is located. One lead of a lead-shaped component, such as a lead-shaped resistor 9, is inserted into the through hole 8. The other lead is connected to a printed circuit (not shown) at a predetermined position.

Further, if the integrated circuit element 3 is inserted in the opposite direction as a result of this inspection, it can be easily reinserted in the normal direction since the mounting legs 4 are not soldered. Further, reference numeral 1 shown in FIG. 3 is a printed wiring board on which a printed circuit (not shown) is formed. This printed wiring board 1 is formed only of a plurality of integrated circuit elements 3 of dual in-line package type. Further, a plurality of through holes 2 are formed in the printed wiring board 1. Mounting legs 4 provided on each of the integrated circuit elements 3 are inserted into the plurality of through holes 2 . Further, the integrated circuit element 3

is formed. The plurality of through holes 2 are arranged so that this notch 7 and the notch portion 5 substantially coincide with each other.
The mounting leg 4 is inserted into. Further, through holes 8 are formed in the portions where the notches 7 are located. Into each of the through holes 8 is inserted a lead-shaped component free-standing terminal 10 having an integrated lead used as a bar check terminal.

When each integrated circuit element 3 is inserted, the direction of each integrated circuit element 3 can be visually inspected again in the same manner as described above. Moreover, since each of the mounting legs 4 is in an unsoldered state, if incorrect insertion is discovered, it can be easily reinserted into the correct position.
