Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、仕込材料を炉の内部に分布させるシュートを
備えた高炉に対する仕込装置であって、仕込材料を貯蔵
する数個の容器を備え、この仕込材料を分布シュートへ
導入する仕切りシステムを備え、炉の口に装着されかつ
計量弁と密封弁とにより制御される流動ダクトを有する
弁ケージを備えた仕込装着に関する。
当技術分野では一般に「コーンレススロート」(con
eless throat)と称されるこの種の装置に
は、二つの異なる型がある。従来の型の装置は、米国特
許第3.693,812号に記載されている。この米国
特許記載のものは、炉の垂直軸線の両側でかつその上方
に配置された二つの貯蔵容器を有し、これらの貯蔵容器
は分布シュートの上方の垂直流動ダクトへ傾斜面により
接続されている。
第二の型の装置は、より最近のものであって、BP−0
,062,770に記載されている。この装置は、中央
送り装置として広く知られているものであって、炉の軸
線の回りに対称に互いに上下に装着され、一方が密封室
として作用する二つの容器を特徴とする。
各型の装置は、いずれも一長一短があり、一方の型の利
点は他方の型の欠点となっている。従来の装置の利点の
一つは、二つの容器が交互に操作することである。即ち
、一方の容器が満たされているとき、他方の容器は空で
ある。このことは、弁の操作ならびに加圧、減圧の時間
が比較的に短いことは別として、仕込操作が殆ど連続的
になる。
他方、特許EP−0,062,77Gによる上下に配置
された二つの容器を備えた装置では、仕込材料を上方室
から下方室へ移送する間に仕込操作を中断せねばならな
い。
=3− 互いに隣接して配置された二つの容器を持つ従来の装置
の欠点の一つは、各容器を錠止室の形態に設計せねばな
らず、従って、二つの計量弁に加えるに2対の密封弁が
必要になる。他方、第2の型の装置では、室のうちの一
つだけが錠止室の形態に設計され、これにより、弁の数
を減じている。
互いに隣接して配置された二つ室を持つ従来の装置の他
の欠点は、傾斜面における仕込材料の流れにより、仕込
面の落下軌道に水平成分が付与され、これにより、分布
シュートの位置および空になりつつある室に応じて分布
シュートにおける仕込材料の衝突点が変化し、この現象
の結果、炉の内部における仕込材料の分布が不規則かつ
非対称になる。他方、互いに上下に配置された二つの容
器を持つ装置においては、仕込材料の流れは、炉の垂直
軸線に関して対称でかつ垂直であり、これにより、炉の
内部の分布をより規則的にすることができる 互いに上下に配置された二つの容器を持つ装置の欠点の
一つは、容器を互いに上下に配置する結果高さが比較的
に大きいことである。全高を制限するために、幅がより
広く高さがより低い容器を設ける傾向があるのはこの理
由による。
しかし、このことは、他の周知の問題を生じる。
即ち、容器内の粒子をその寸法により分離する問題であ
る。この現象は、ルクセンブルグ特許第85/81O号
に詳細に考察されているが、容器の直径が増すに連れて
益々顕著になり、また特に第2の型の装置においてより
多く発生するが、その理由は、二つの容器の内部での分
離効果が組み合わせられ、これにより、最終分離効果が
大きくなるからである。他方、互いに隣接して配置され
た二つの室を持つ型の装置では、室は高さが大きく幅が
小さくなるように設計できるから分離効果はそれほど顕
著でない。更に、二つの室の内部における分離効果は組
み合わせられない。
本発明の目的は、互いに隣接して配置された二つの室を
持つ装置の利点および互いに上下に配置された二つの室
を持つ装置の利点を持ち、しかも上記欠点を持たない、
最初に述べた種類の新規な仕込装置を提供することであ
る。
この目的を達成するために、本発明により提案される装
置の特徴は、少なくとも二つの容器を互いに隣接して配
置すると共に、材料が分布シュートへ荷卸しされる炉の
垂直軸線と整合した第1の位置と、前記容器が満たされ
る炉の垂直軸線から側方に分離された第2の位置との間
で水平方向に変位可能にしたことである。
好適実施例によれば、炉の垂直軸線と平行な垂直軸線の
回りに回転可能な回転台に容器を装着する。
この構成の結果、容器の一方を満たすと同時に他方を空
にすることができ、その後に容器の位置が反対にされる
。明らかに、この構成では、台を回転し容器を反対にす
るのに要する時間の故に、互いに隣接して配置された二
つの室を持つ周知の装置の連続性を達成できないが、仕
込材料を上方の容器から下方の容器へ移送するのに要す
る時間が得られるから、操作は、互いに上下に配置され
た二つの容器を持つ装置におけるよりも速い。更に、本
発明により提案される装置は、互いに上下に配置された
容器を持つ装置の中央送りシステムの総ての利点を有す
る、というのは、空にされつつある容器は常に炉の垂直
軸線上に位置するからである。また、装置の高さに関す
る問題もなく、容器に適当なより細長い形状を与えるこ
とにより分離効果を減少することができる。
各容器は、上方の密封弁と下方の逆止弁とを有する。
第1の位置に配置された容器と弁ケージとの間の密封接
続は、弁ケージと炉の口との間に配置されたベロージヨ
イントの膨張を介して上昇することにより達成される。
本発明の他の特徴は、添付図面に関する好適実施例につ
いての記載から明らかになろう。
第1図は、高炉20の頂部を示し、炉の口の内部には仕
込材料を分布させるシュート22が装着され、このシュ
ート22は周知の駆動装置24により操作され、駆動装
置はシュート22を垂直軸線0の回りに回転させかつそ
の角位置を調節する。
駆動装置の上には特許願EP−0.062,770号に
示された種類の弁ケージ26が装着されている。
炉の上には二つの貯蔵容器2B、30が装着され、これ
らの容器は、本発明の特徴の一つによれば、容器28が
示された充填位置と、容器30が示された空ける位置と
の間で炉の中実軸線0と平行な垂直軸線Xの回りに回転
する手段により変位可能である。この目的で、二つの容
器28.30は、回転台34上に位置する二重フォーク
形のクレードル32(第2図参照)により支持され、回
転台はモータ36により操作され、炉20の口に装着さ
れたフレーム38により支持されている。
二つの容器28.30は、クレードル32上に直接位置
せず、それぞれクレードル32により3群の計り40お
よびばねを介して支持され、これにより、各容器28.
30の内容物が常に監視され、弁の自動操作が行われる
仕込材料は、コンベヤベルト42により、充填位置にあ
る容器、適用できる場合には容器28、の上方に位置す
るホッパ44へ運ばれる。ホッパ44は、モータ50に
より駆動回転される軸方向回転ロッド48上に水平に固
定されたクロスピース46から懸架される。充填中のホ
ッパ44の回転により、送りベルト42によりホッパへ
移送される粒子の分離がかなり減少する。コンベヤベル
ト42と反対側に固定された垂直板52ならびにロッド
48の底端へ固定されかっジャキの作用で垂直に変位可
能な板54は、このホッパ44の内部の分離を減少する
ことを可能にする追加の対策を構成する。板54の垂直
位置は、ホッパ44の内部の材料のレベルに応じて調節
され、このレベルは、周知のレベルセンサにより測定さ
れる。前記板は、送り込まれる材料に応じて、ホッパ4
4の内部にほぼ一定の量を保つように操作される。
ルクセンブルグ特許願第857810号に提案されたご
とき他の対策を設けることもできる。
58は均圧ダクトで、これは、材料を分布シュ゛−ト2
2上へ空けるためにかつ弁が開かれた後に充填位置に配
置された容器、適用できる場合には容器30、を加圧し
、また密封弁が閉じられた後かつ二つの容器28.30
の位置が逆にされる前に空気をこの同じ容器へ導入する
のに役立つ。容器の加圧を促進するために、各容器(容
器28の場合は示されない)は、容器の底部をその頂部
へ直接接続する分岐管60を備えている。管58には弁
26の分離運動ならびに炉20の運動を吸収するために
自在ベローシロインドを設けなければならない。
第2図は二つの容器28.30の組み立ての詳細を示す
。第1図に38で示すフレームは、炉の頂部に装着され
かつ水平台68を支持する3個の柱62.64.66か
ら成る。モータ36により駆動される回転リング34は
、ローラ軸受(図示せず)により、この台68上に位置
する。熱ガスを炉20の外へ運ぶダクトは70で示され
ている。
垂直軸線Xの回りのクレードル32の回転および容器位
置の反転は、垂直軸線に関して傾斜したこれらのダクト
70に邪魔されないことに注目されよう。
提案された装置が操作できるようにするために、容器2
8.30と弁ケージ26との間の密封接続を保証する手
段を設けねばならない。これらの手段は、第3図ないし
第5図に示された弁ケージ26を通る部分横断面により
示されている。
各容器2B、30を迅速にかつ密封態様で弁ケージ26
へ固定できるようにするために、弁ケージ26は垂直軸
方向に可動であり、この目的で、弁ケージ26は、シュ
ート22を駆動する機構24のハウジング80へベロー
ジヨイント78により接続されている(第1図をも参照
)。このベロージヨイント78は数個、好ましくは3個
、の位置決めシリンダ82に関連させられ、各シリンダ
82は加圧ばね86の作用を受けるスライドピストン8
4を包囲する。このばね86の作用および弁ケージ26
の重量により、弁ケージ26は通常シリンダ82上に位
置し、ベロージヨイント78は圧縮位置にある。更に、
ばね8Bは、容器がケージ26上に位置していないとき
、炉の推力を補償するために必要である。
また弁ケージ26は、上方の環状の密封面94=11− を有し、この密封面94の回りに数個、好ましくは3個
、の液圧シリンダ88が配置されている。
各シリンダ88は拡大筒状ヘッド92を持つ垂直ロッド
を有するピストンを有する。
第3図は二つの貯蔵容器の回転中における装置を示し、
弁ケージ26の上部は係合が外れ、2個の弁74.76
は閉じなければならない。更に、予防策として、弁74
.76が閉じていないときに容器28.30の回転を阻
止する装置を設けることができる。
各容器2B、30は、その基部に、液圧シリンダ88の
位置に対応する場所に、ピストンロッド90のヘッド9
2の形状に相補する形状の切欠を備えた側面98を有す
る。容器の一つ、例えば容器30が回転により第4図に
示す荷卸し位置へ運ばれると、各切欠96が液圧シリン
ダ88の対応ヘッド92の一つに係合する。
各容器28.30の下方の流動ダクトには弁ケージ26
の上方密封面94に対応する環状密封面100が設けら
れており、これら2個の密封面94.100は、相補形
状を有し、例えば丸形と凹形である。102は上方密封
面の中央部域へ延びた加圧管であり、その目的は密封面
を掃除し、加圧ガスを反対方向に注入することにより密
封効果を向上することである。
第5図は容器30と弁ケージ26との間の接続を示す。
この接続は、密封面94.100が互いに接触するまで
流体をシリンダ88の内部へ注入することにより達成さ
れる。弁ケージ26は、ばね86の圧縮およびベロージ
ヨイント78の膨張の結果位置決めシリンダ82の内部
でスライドするピストン84により上昇される。
貯蔵容器30と弁ケージ26との離脱は、第3図ないし
第5図に関して上述したのと同じ操作を含むが逆の順序
で行われる。
各容器28.30は軸線Xの回りの回転中にケージ26
から離脱されるから、これらは仕込材料を保持するため
に下方の逆止弁を必然的に備えなければならない。各容
器28.30は、更に、従来の貯蔵容器と同様に、上方
の密封弁106を有する。
前記実施例のごとくただ2個の容器を設ける代わりに、
3個以上の容器を設け、これにより、回転に要する時間
を減少することができる。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1、仕込材料を炉の内部に分布させるシュート(22)
    を備えた高炉に対する仕込装置であって、仕込材料を貯
    蔵する数個の容器(28、30)を備え、この仕込材料
    を分布シュート(22)へ導入する仕切りシステムを備
    え、炉(20)の口に装着されかつ計量弁(74)と密
    封弁(76)とにより制御される流動ダクトを有する弁
    ケージ(26)を備えた仕込装着において、少なくとも
    二つの容器(28、30)を互いに隣接して配置すると
    共に、材料が分布シュート(22)へ荷卸しされる炉(
    20)の垂直軸線(O)と整合した第1の位置と、前記
    容器が満たされる炉(20)の垂直軸線(O)から側方
    に分離された第2の位置との間で水平方向に変位可能に
    したことを特徴とする仕込装着。 2、炉(20)の垂直軸線(O)と平行な垂直軸線(X
    )の回りに回転可能な回転台(34)に容器(28、3
    0)を装着したことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項
    記載の装置。 3、数個の群の計り(40)およびばねを介して、回転
    台(34)に装着されたクレードル(32)により二つ
    の容器(28、30)を支持したことを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 4、各容器は、上方の密封弁(106)と下方の逆止弁
    (104)を有することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第
    1項ないし第3項のいずれかに記載の装置。 5、弁ケージ(26)と炉(20)の口との間に配置さ
    れたベロージョイント(78)の膨張を介して弁ケージ
    (26)を上昇することにより、第1の位置に配置され
    た容器(30)と弁ケージ(26)との間の密封接続を
    達成することを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
    装置。 6、弁ケージ(26)の上昇はこのケージ(26)上に
    配置された一連の液圧シリンダ(88)により行い、前
    記シリンダのピストンロッドは、各容器(28、30)
    の側壁に設けた相補形状の切欠(96)により室の回転
    中に係合されるヘッド(92)を有することを特徴とす
    る特許請求の範囲第5項記載の装置。 7、各容器(28、30)は、材料の両側に加圧雰囲気
    を生じる分岐管(60)を備えたことを特徴とする特許
    請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。
