第１図、第２図はそれぞれ本考案の伸縮性ウエ
ストバンドを縫付けたズボンの一例であり、第３
図、第４図、第５図はそれぞれ本考案の伸縮性ウ
エストバンドを構成する伸縮性三次元絡合不織布
および伸縮性皮革状物の断面構造の模式図的に示
した一例である。 １はウエストバンド、２はウエストバンド包み
縫い生地、３は非弾性細繊度繊維および／または
その束状繊維、４は弾性繊維、５は繊維立毛面、
６は銀面。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 非弾性細繊度繊維および／またはその束状
    繊維と弾性繊維とが混綿されてなる三次元絡合不
    織布であり、該絡合不織布は構造破壊を生じない
    伸び率が少なくとも２５％、かつ該伸長状態を解
    除して３０秒後の弾性回復率が少なくとも８０％
    である伸縮性絡合不織布をウエストバンドに使用
    したことを特徴とする伸縮性ウエストバンド縫付
    けズボン。 (2) 伸縮性絡合不織布の一面が繊維立毛である
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の伸縮性ウエ
    ストバンド縫付けズボン。 (3) 伸縮性絡合不織布の一面が弾性重合体を主
    体とした重合体の皮膜が付与されて仕上げられた
    銀面である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    伸縮性ウエストバンド縫付けズボン。 (4) 伸縮性絡合不織布の構成繊維が少なくとも
    ２種の重合体からなる多成分系繊維から少なくと
    も１種の重合体を除去または分割・分離して得た
    繊維である実用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜３項記
    載のいずれかである伸縮性ウエストバンド縫付け
    ズボン。 (5) 弾性繊維が非弾性重合体とポリウレタンエ
    ラストマーまたはポリエステルエラストマーから
    選ばれた弾性重合体とからなる延伸された多成分
    系繊維を絡合不織布にした後、非弾性重合体を除
    去していた伸長を解除し、収縮を付与した繊維で
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜４項記載のい
    ずれかである伸縮性ウエストバンド縫付けズボン
    。 (6) 伸縮性絡合不織布には繊維重量に対して３
    ５重量％未満の量の弾性重合体が含有する実用新
    案登録請求の範囲第１〜５項記載のいずれかであ
    る伸縮性ウエストバンド縫付けズボン。
