Claims (1)
- 基板の移送方向に移動可能なスライドユニツト
と、該スライドユニツトを移動させる駆動手段と
、該スライドユニツトの移動に伴つて基板の移動
方向に移動し、基板を把持し得るチヤツクと、該
チヤツクをして基板を把持させるべく動作させる
作動手段と、送出された基板を所要の作業場所と
の間で往復動させるコンベアと、該コンベアの位
置から前記チヤツクを退避させる退避手段とを備
えたことを特徴とする基板移送装置。
