。第２図は、変更構造の一部を拡大して示す側面
図である。第３図は、変更構造の側面図にして、
裏側カバー、表側フラツプおよび別箇の表紙カバ
ーを示し、また接着材テープ、接着剤被覆および
剥離用裏地の例を示している。第４図は、とじ込
み工程の概略斜視図である。第５図は、とじ込み
工程の別の段階を説明する斜視図である。第６図
は、とじ込み工程の後続の段階を示す斜視図であ
る。第７図は、とじ込まれた書類の斜視図である
。第８図は、試験用に用意されるとじ込み書類の
斜視図である。第９図は、試験に使われる固定具
の正面図である。第１０図は、４５度剥がし試験
に際し、試験用固定具を試験装置に取り付けた状
態を示す概略図である。第１１図は、１８０度剪
断試験時における試験装置を示した概略図である

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 既知の丈、幅および厚みからなる束ねられ
    ていない用紙をとじ込むためのカバーにして、当
    該カバーはこのカバーを表側部分と裏側部分に分
    割する折れ目線を備えた折り曲げられている可撓
    性のあるカバー材料のシートからなり、前記裏側
    部分はとじ込もうとする用紙の対応する箇所の寸
    法を下回る丈と、とじ込もうとする用紙の幅以下
    の幅とを備えているカバーにおいて、前記幅は用
    紙のずれの幅に新たな間隔を加えたものに相当す
    る長さを含み、また縦方向の感圧接着テープのス
    トリツプが、当該ストリツプの幅の２分の１以下
    にわたり前記折れ目線に近接して用紙の表側部分
    に取り付けられ、当該接着テープのストリツプの
    取り付けられていない部分に剥離用材料が接触し
    た状態にあることを特徴とするカバー。 (2) 前記テープが、０．１１５から２．３グラ
    ム−センチの範囲のたわみ剛性を備えていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のカバー。 (3) 前記紙カバー材料が約０．２３ミリの厚み
    を持ち、５０．８×６６．０４センチで３６．３
    キロの一連重量を備えていることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載のカバー。 (4) シート部分が、マージン縁を設けるために
    用紙の長さよりも長いある長さを備えていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のカバー。 (5) 接着テープのストリツプは以下の方程式に
    よつて得られる最小幅Ｗを備え、 Ｗ＝πｔ（Ｎｍａｘ＋５） ここで、ｔ＝用紙の厚み、Ｎｍａｘ＝とじ込も
    うとする最大用紙枚数であることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から第４項のいずれ
    か一つの項に記載のカバー。 (6) 前記接着材が、１．２７センチのテープ幅
    当たり１７０グラムの最小接着剤瞬間粘着値を備
    え、また好ましくは１．２７センチのテープ幅当
    たり２８３．５グラムの最小値を備えていること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記
    載のカバー。 (7) 前記接着材が、２．５４センチ（１インチ
    ）当たり少なくとも４００グラムから６００グラ
    ムの１８０度剪断値と、少なくとも４０グラムか
    ら７０グラムの４５度剥がし値とを備えているこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第６項に
    記載のカバー。 (8) 前記テープ上の接着剤が、常時粘着性のあ
    る９５．５：４．５の比率の感圧イソ−オクチル
    アクリレート／アクリルアシツドのコポリマであ
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項または第６項に記載のカバー。 (9) 接着テープの第２のストリツプが前述した
    接着テープの第１のストリツプに整合されていて
    、当該接着テープの第２のストリツプがこのスト
    リツプの一部分を覆う裏地を備え、また前記カバ
    ー部分に取り付けられた部分とは反対側で前述し
    た第１のストリツプに取り付けられた部分を備え
    ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項に記載のカバー。
