、Ｓ：ソース、Ｄ：ドレイン、１０：ＶＨＦ接地
用コンデンサ、１２：ＵＨＦ接地用コンデンサ、
１３：直流阻止用コンデンサ、１４：入力ピーキ
ングコイル。

Claims (1)
- 電界効果トランジスタのゲートを入力同調回路
に接続するとともにピーキングコイルと直流阻止
用コンデンサを直列に介して接地し、ドレインを
出力同調回路に接続し、ソースをＵＨＦ帯で高周
波的にインピーダンスの低いＵＨＦ接地用コンデ
ンサを介して接地するとともにＶＨＦ帯で高周波
的にインピーダンスの低いＶＨＦ接地用コンデン
サを介して前記ピーキングコイルと直流阻止用コ
ンデンサの接続点に接続したことを特徴とするＵ
ＨＦ増幅回路。
