Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 局部発振回路と、内部の電界効果トランジスタ
のゲートに局部発振回路からの発振出力が注入さ
れる周波数混合回路との間に挿入されて、当該両
回路のインピーダンスマツチングをとるインピー
ダンスマツチング回路であつて、 前記電界効果トランジスタのゲートと接地部と
の間に挿入された、互いに直列に接続された少な
くとも２つのコンデンサからなり、前記両コンデ
ンサの接続部に前記局部発振回路の出力部を接続
するとともに、前記局部発振回路の発振出力の周
波数領域に対しては当該両コンデンサを等価回路
的に誘導性素子としたことを特徴とする、局部発
振回路と周波数混合回路とのインピーダンスマツ
チング回路。
