計測部は超音波送受信センサ1,2、超音波パ
ルス送信回路3、超音波パルス受信回路4及び超
音波パルス伝幡時間カウント手段5を含み、上記
定温度型熱線流速測定部は流速計速計測用の熱
線6、ブリツヂ回路7、熱線温度を一定にする制
御回路8及び電流―電圧変換器9を含み、上記演
算装置は前記計測部より出力される流体の温
度及び前記測定部より出力される熱線の出力電
圧を夫々取り込んでその温度下での流速を算出す
るようにした熱線式流速測定装置。 2 超音波送受信センサ1,2が流体管路10の
片側の管壁に隔置され送信センサ1より発射され
た超音波パルスが流体fを横切つて相手の管壁よ
