Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 トランスフアにおける前輪駆動系と後輪駆動系
    とを結合するギヤ部材に次の構成(イ)〜(ホ)を備
    えることを特徴とする４輪駆動車のギヤ鳴り防止
    構造。 (イ) 動力伝達軸に一体に結合された内輪と、こ
    の内輪の外周に装着された中間輪と、この中間輪
    の外周に装着され、外周に動力伝達歯を有する外
    輪との３重同心構造とする。 (ロ) 上記内輪に対し上記中間輪が所定角度範囲
    だけ自由回転できる係合構造を有するとともに、
    上記中間輪に対して上記外輪が所定角度範囲だけ
    自由回転できる係合構造を有する。 (ハ) 上記内輪と上記中間輪とを第１の弾性部材
    で結合し、上記自由回転できる範囲内ではこの弾
    性部材を介してトルクを伝える構成とする。 (ニ) 上記中間輪と上記外輪とを第２の弾性部材
    で結合し、上記自由回転できる範囲内ではこの弾
    性部材を介してトルクを伝える構成とする。 (ホ) 第１の弾性部材と第２の弾性部材との弾性
    係数を異ならせる。
