Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 内−の高温多湿な空気が冷却器に戻るときに冷却器に多
量の霜が付き、このため頻繁に除霜ヒータにすることに
より、冷却器への着霜を減少させ、除霜回数を減らした
冷凍冷蔵庫を提供することにあ固体表面に付着する他に
、高温多湿な空気が冷却された低温空気と混合した場合
にも生じるという現象を利用したものであり、空気中に
生じた霜（通常５雪と呼ばれる）を冷却器以外の場所で
捕獲蔵庫ｌは冷凍室２と冷蔵室３と冷却器室１５とから
構成されている。冷凍室２からの戻り空気は通路５を、
冷蔵室３からの戻り空気は通路６を各々通電て冷却器室
１５に至り、冷却器４を通過して冷やされる。ここまで
は従来のものと変らない。
これと冷蔵室からの戻り通路６を結ぶ連絡通路９が存在
することである。第２図はこの部分を拡大して示してい
る。冷凍室からの戻り空気７の一部は連絡通路９を通り
冷蔵室からの戻りの高温多湿な空気８に混じりこれを冷
却し、霜１１を発生させる。発生した霜の粒は空気が上
方に曲がるとき慣性力により分離され落下し霧膜１２と
なる。このため冷却器４に流入する湿分は減少する。霧
膜１２は後に除霜とともに電気ヒータ１０により融解し
排出される。第３図、第４図は本発生の別の一実施例を
示していて、第３図は連絡通路９の代りに冷凍室からの
戻り通路５の出口を冷蔵室からの戻り通路６の方向に向
け、冷気７の全てを混合させた例であり、第４図は慣性
分離を効率よく行なうために霧粒１１の何方に網などの
フィルタ１４を設置した場合を示している。
本　　によれば、通風路の簡単な改造により霜発生と捕
獲を冷却器と別の場所で行うことができるので、冷却器
が霜で目詰りすることがなく、除霜回数を大幅に低減す
ることができる。その結果無用な消費電力量は減少し、
また除霜時の庫内の温度上昇もな（食品保存にも好適で
ある。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、冷凍室からの戻り空気の一部又は全部と、冷蔵室か
    らの戻り空気とを、冷却器に至る以前に混合したことを
    特徴とする冷凍冷蔵庫。 ２、冷凍室からの戻り空気と冷蔵室からの戻り空気とを
    混合して発生した霜を空気流の慣性力により分離したこ
    とを特徴とする特許請 求の範囲第１項記載の冷凍冷蔵庫。 ３、上記２種の混合して出来た霜を慣性力を利用して網
    で捕獲することを特徴とする特許 請求の範囲第１項記載の冷凍冷蔵庫。
