Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 下記(a)項乃至(d)項記載の構成要素から成
    る電気加工装置の加工槽内の加工液に超音波振動
    を付与する電気加工超音波発生装置。 (a) 下端にマグネツトチヤツクを有する屈曲
    自在のアームにより支承された一方に開口を有す
    る筐体と、上記筐体内部に設けられた上記開口に
    向けて超音波を発振し得る超音波発振子とからな
    り、使用時には上記加工液中に漬けられる超音波
    発振器。 (b) 上記超音波発振器の筐体に直接取付けら
    れて上記加工液の液面を検知する液面検知器。 (c) 上記超音波発振器に超音波発振用高周波
    電流を供給する高周波発生装置。 (d) 上記液面検知器の出力信号に基づき上記
    超音波発振器の作動を制御する制御装置。 (2) 上記液面検知器がサーミスタであることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の
    電気加工用超音波発生装置。 (3) 上記液面検知器が上記超音波発振器から発
    振される超音波の周波数と同一の周波数特性を有
    する振動子である受波器であることを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電気加工用
    超音波発生装置。 (4) 上記液面検知器が上記超音波発振器中の発
    振子自身であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の電気加工用超音波発生装置
    。
