図において、1はFET、1aはゲート、1b
はドレイン、1cはソース、2は入力回路、3は
出力回路、4はキヤリア、5はチツプコンデンサ
、6はチツプ抵抗、7は金線、8は上面電極、9
は抵抗体薄膜、10は側面メタライズ、11は誘
電体、12は下面電極、13はこの考案における
薄膜抵抗つきチツプコンデンサである。なお、各
図中同一符号は同一部分を示す。
