図において、１はＦＥＴ、１ａはゲート、１ｂ
はドレイン、１ｃはソース、２は入力回路、３は
出力回路、４はキヤリア、５はチツプコンデンサ
、６はチツプ抵抗、７は金線、８は上面電極、９
は抵抗体薄膜、１０は側面メタライズ、１１は誘
電体、１２は下面電極、１３はこの考案における
薄膜抵抗つきチツプコンデンサである。なお、各
図中同一符号は同一部分を示す。
