Claims (1)
- 気体流通路を区画する仕切り壁に弁座を有する
流通口を設け、この弁座に対して接離自在な弁体
およびこの弁体を開弁方向に付勢するスプリング
を前記気体流通路に設け、前記スプリングの復元
力に抗して前記弁体をプランジヤを介して開弁状
態に保持する自己保持形ソレノイドを気体流通路
の外部へ突設した遮断弁装置において、前記自己
保持形ソレノイドを構成するコイルボビンに前記
プランジヤをスライド自在に案内する案内筒部を
一体に設け、この案内筒部の内周面および外周面
に前記気体流通路の内部と外部とを気密にシール
するＯリングを設けたことを特徴とする遮断弁装
置。
